“I recently visited a charming Nelikona coffee place in downtown Palatine. The rose 🌹 coffee was delicious. I loved that it was served in gorgeous tea cups, adding a unique touch to the experience. “We had a delightful stop for a Mother's Day lunch on our way to the Chicago Botanic Garden. Everything from the food and drinks to the music and atmosphere was absolutely fantastic! My wife, Dr. Maryam, opted for the healthy avocado toast with a side salad and hot chai, while my son, Kamran, savored the mac & cheese. I indulged in the grilled cheese, accompanied by a side salad and mushroom coffee. The music, courtesy of La Tosca, was simply magnificent — bravo! Their violin and accordion performance was truly superb. Though I briefly spotted Billy and Chloe, I resisted the urge to fan out and ask for an autograph, thanks to Billy's timely disappearance. Nonetheless, Chloe greeted us kindly, making the experience even more enjoyable. We're definitely planning to revisit for the outstanding food, drinks, music, and ambiance.“

“I would say that coming here is a good spot to get boba. It’s nice to enjoy it whenever you got a chance to get it. My go to would always be getting the chocolate oreo mocha with brown crystal boba. The girls at the counter are always working hard and I appreciate their effort to make my drink worth coming back for.“

“Man! The place is always clean, free snacks like pizza, chicken tenders, and the best gummy bears I've ever had! They got all types of soda, water, beer, wine, orange & pineapple juice. They have Little bags of trail mixes, cookies (Oatmeal Raisin are the best!) Brownies, chips muffins! What else are they missing!?(Ice cream during summertime) They got all the current great games, but you know they can't fit them all in one location so they have another store 1 block away for those other games and with they same freebies snacks. Man I love this place!!!“

“This place is superb. The food quality, portions, and service are A+. I recommend the skirt steak breakfast, omelets, and broccoli soup. The seating area is slightly tight, but not a big deal. The waitress we had was very friendly and attentive.“

“Where do I Begin? I looked at several other workout centers, and this one is head and shoulders above all the others. We used to work out at the Triphahn center with the HEPD for years. They have had problems with their air conditioning and other issues as well. It was simply time for a change. And what a change! They have a huge selection of machines for aerobics, free weights, and resistance machines. They also have a spa, a nice café and their service so far is been tremendous. I went for a look and much to my surprise was given an escorted tour right away. I feel like we went from a motel six to the Ritz Carlton. That’s how good it is. They are doing renovations now to add even more. You can have the use of a personal trainer as well and at least one session is free at least through our insurance plan. “

“First time here, we were warmly greeted and offered complimentary tea/coffee and cookies. Sat down and within 10 minutes, I had doubled my money! As far as I know, this location is open until 2am and perfect if you're on a date and not ready to go home, but want to go somewhere quiet and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and sit and chat. I had a very pleasant experience my first time here.“

“I go to Cafe Mirage every time I visit Chicago, after it was recommended to me by friends who had already been there. In April and May this year, I was there several times. There is a nice atmosphere inside and especially outside. The hygiene is at a high level, the food is very tasty, and the staff is pleasant and kind. Drinks were good as well.I absolutely loved it . “Food: I got the breakfast sandwich with the gluten-free English muffin. I was impressed they had this option and then they could remove the cheese because they assemble it there. I do wish it had some kind of sauce or something as it was a bit dry, but overall, it was a good sandwich and usually I’m not a big fan of breakfast sandwiches cause I think the egg can be questionable
Drink: oat miel was very good!
Atmosphere: cute and I love that they have games to play

“Having spent money there myself while Trish has been working I've never noticed the place not to be clean or poorly attended. Who ever this one customer is that left the one star review has no idea what they are talking about. Probably a disgruntled employee, in which you should know Defamation/Libel is a crime. Solaia Tech., LLC v. Specialty Pub'g Co., 852 N.E.2d 825, 839 (Ill. 2006). Look it up, otherwise great store, great employees. After having read that one star I had to leave my review.“
