I keep giving this place chances to redeem themselves. I guess if I want guac on my sandwich, I better go to subway for that. Delivery drivers are usually nice, but whoever is making the sandwiches needs to step it up.
All the people giving this location 5 stars must either work there, or have friends that work there.

There are good Jimmy John’s and there are bad Jimmy John’s. This location in Riverwoods is definitely one of the bad ones. Ordered an unwhich and the lettuce was disgusting, discolored, wilted and old. I cannot believe they even served this. Drove all the way back to get a new sandwich but the worst part is that they didn’t and couldn’t even apologize. All they could say is that all our lettuce looks this way. So then don’t serve it!
