“Steve's is what I would call a neighborhood bar. On the small side inside but makes excellent use of the space. They have 7 or 8 TV's, including a large screen on one wall. There are video gaming machines, an ATM and karaoke on Monday nights. They serve food, including sandwiches, tacos, and other delights. And, of course, a wide variety of beers and drinks.“

“Looney's and Steve's next door are the same owner. Great local dive bars for quality drinks and good eats at reasonable prices. Good burgers, dogs, sausages, pizza, etc. Patrick at Looney's is a terrific emoloyee and will be sure your food is perfectly made and your drinks put a smile upon your face. Both places are 5 star dive bars and a solid 4 star late night food stop for overall experience. Looking forward to stopping back into Steve's and/or Looney's on my next trip to Moline. And special shout out to Patrick for catering to airline crew that gets in late night. Thanks for your great service to us with keeping the kitchen open until midnight!“

“Last night we went to Chevin's Kitchen and Catering located inside Kavanaugh’s Hilltop Bar and Grill in Rock Island. This is the second time we have stopped in recently for the daily special. We are so glad we did. From the prompt greeting by the servers and bar staff to the made to order burger sliders with fresh cut fries everything was AMAZING! Our servers were on top of it and so friendly. The food was GREAT! If you haven’t checked this place out yet or if you have forgotten about one of the oldest bars in the neighborhood don’t snooze on this! Great food and great service! “You’ll be hard pressed to find kinder, more skilled bartenders in the Quad Cities. Their patio is ideal and their old fashioned recipe is my favorite. Management works hard to keep both their staff and their patrons safe and comfortable. They’ll even hook you up with a pup cup for your pupperino.“

“We hosted a party on the patio today and we were pleasantly surprised with the space when we arrived. The outdoor bar was perfect for setting up food/drink stations and the patio is huge and decorated nicely with lots of flowers. The owner and servers were wonderful from communication to preparation to service. The interior is also large, nicely lit and decorated and also leases a local taco place running out the adjoining part of the building. (Bon Bons)“

Joined a group already seated by the fire pit and I had mentioned to my group that my beer tasted funny, than a man got up and said please let me replace it. Turns out we sat by the owners.
