“We live within walking distance of BSB and have dined here 30+ times since we have lived here. We have NEVER had a bad meal or a bad experience, which is SO impressive to say after that many visits. The food is amazing and the weekly specials are so good you wished they made the main menu. Their outdoor seating is great throughout the seasons and we loved bringing our dog here (and he loved it too). Now we bring our daughter who is a BIG fan of the mac & cheese and tots. This is a restaurant we will truly miss being so close to the day we decide to move.“

“Good affordable food. I used to come here quite a bit when I lived in the Rockford area and have since moved out of the area. I came back for a visit and stopped through here. It has definitely improved quite a bit since my last visits. Extremely clean and friendly environment. My girlfriend just had a procedure done and was in a wheelchair and I'm assuming it's the manager went out of his way to make sure that he held both doors open to let us in and again when we were leaving.“

“Came to this location for a quick bite, there was a line outside so I dined in but honestly I didn’t mind, the food was great and the employees were friendly. Manager, I believe her name is Dany was real helpful she apologized for the wait even though it wasn’t a big deal.. person at the counter was kind too didn’t catch their name and my food was fresh. “So the fries were hot. Burger was not. The girl making the food had gloves on. Then someone handed her the phone that rang and she grabbit it with her gloved hand. She worked one handed. Ended her call and left that glove on and continued making food with both hands. Gloves should have been changed. Touching onions pickles finishing making the burgers. Then tossing lettuce and tomato pieces around. Thats not right. Some need to learn the point of gloves.“

“I don’t normally leave reviews, but the Burger King on Alpine in Rockford truly deserves some recognition. Every single time I’ve gone there, my order has been 100% correct, fresh, and hot—no mistakes, no missing items, no sloppy presentation. That kind of consistency is rare, and they’ve earned my trust because of it.

The food always tastes like it was just made, not like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp. The fries are always crispy, the burgers are juicy and fresh, and everything is made just how I ask. You can tell the people working here actually take pride in what they do.

Plus, the staff is genuinely friendly and polite—you’re always greeted with a smile and treated with respect, which makes the whole experience even better. On top of that, the prices are super reasonable, especially for the quality and freshness you get.

“First time here and I'd give it an 8/10! A lot of food for the price. Delicious sauces and juicy burgers. The items that are beer battered are very rich in flavor and I could only have a few bites. Favorite items would be fries and the Sizz burger.“

We visited prior to regular dinner time on a wed afternoon.
Our server was very friendly and we were taken care of promptly.
The food was good! And very reasonably priced .
