“We live within walking distance of BSB and have dined here 30+ times since we have lived here. We have NEVER had a bad meal or a bad experience, which is SO impressive to say after that many visits. The food is amazing and the weekly specials are so good you wished they made the main menu. Their outdoor seating is great throughout the seasons and we loved bringing our dog here (and he loved it too). Now we bring our daughter who is a BIG fan of the mac & cheese and tots. This is a restaurant we will truly miss being so close to the day we decide to move.“

“We were visiting from out of town haven't been to Rockford before. In town to see Travis tritt at the hard rock cafe. Omg what a show!!! He was amazing!! It was a really amazing place to be. Intimate n small the venue at the hard rock...and what a show he put on! Still get goose bumps when I think about it. Whan an amazing man. And the band was pretty incredible too! Was sj refreshing. Well remember that night forever-
The food wed ordered after was so great! The gentleman id ordered from took his time going over our options. Very sweet young man. Next time we'll go there earlier for dinner. Amazing burgers and boneless wings too. Really special night“

“Haven't been to a steak and shake in a long time. Me and the kids dropped in for a meal. Now its a kiosk instead of someone taking an order. Took longer to order but that's OK. Got our drinks and couldn't figure out the soda fountains. Stood there for a good minute until someone showed me how they worked. Annoying but we managed. Food was just like I remembered. Everything was cooked like we ordered and was very good. Went back to order milkshakes. Those were also very good.
I would definitely go back and now that I know how the new systems work it will be less annoying.“

“So the fries were hot. Burger was not. The girl making the food had gloves on. Then someone handed her the phone that rang and she grabbit it with her gloved hand. She worked one handed. Ended her call and left that glove on and continued making food with both hands. Gloves should have been changed. Touching onions pickles finishing making the burgers. Then tossing lettuce and tomato pieces around. Thats not right. Some need to learn the point of gloves.“
