“We live within walking distance of BSB and have dined here 30+ times since we have lived here. We have NEVER had a bad meal or a bad experience, which is SO impressive to say after that many visits. The food is amazing and the weekly specials are so good you wished they made the main menu. Their outdoor seating is great throughout the seasons and we loved bringing our dog here (and he loved it too). Now we bring our daughter who is a BIG fan of the mac & cheese and tots. This is a restaurant we will truly miss being so close to the day we decide to move.“

“First time at Beef-a-Roo or should I say Beef-a-Rude. The Halloween decorations were charming and the place looked ready for a fun fall. The two staff upfront, however, carried the spirit of a family reunion. I asked for coffee instead of a soft drink, and the guy stormed off and slammed a door like dad would when watching sports ball. Five stars though, love the spooky spirit“

“This was my first trip to my local Burger King since moving to the area. I wanted to know if this location made nice fresh food or if I'd be disappointed. All of our food was perfect and my munchie craving was squashed. They make a killer Rodeo Burger btw. We will be back. Oh yeah.... check out the BK app. They gave us a free large fry for spending more than $3. My wife and I each placed an order and in total spent $19 for 8 Rodeos, 1 Whopper Jr and 2 large fries. How can you go wrong?“

“I don’t normally leave reviews, but the Burger King on Alpine in Rockford truly deserves some recognition. Every single time I’ve gone there, my order has been 100% correct, fresh, and hot—no mistakes, no missing items, no sloppy presentation. That kind of consistency is rare, and they’ve earned my trust because of it.

The food always tastes like it was just made, not like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp. The fries are always crispy, the burgers are juicy and fresh, and everything is made just how I ask. You can tell the people working here actually take pride in what they do.

Plus, the staff is genuinely friendly and polite—you’re always greeted with a smile and treated with respect, which makes the whole experience even better. On top of that, the prices are super reasonable, especially for the quality and freshness you get.

This is hands down the best Burger King I’ve ever been to. If you’re in Rockford and craving fast food that’s actually done right, this location is the one to go to.

“Found this lil restaurant by accident, and we were so fortunate!!! The atmosphere is great and the food is amazing. We asked our server Yasmine what she recommended and we followed her advice. I had the “Chicago Sandwich (i think)” while my wife had the Lasagna. Both were over the top great and highly recommend these to anyone, side note- she was super friendly and excellent in service.“

“First time here and I'd give it an 8/10! A lot of food for the price. Delicious sauces and juicy burgers. The items that are beer battered are very rich in flavor and I could only have a few bites. Favorite items would be fries and the Sizz burger.“
