I order lunch from you often, 90% of the time it’s messed up. I have the rewards and was excited about them (turns out they suck).
Last week I was delivered the wrong cookie and today the wrong sandwich. You sent me out a new sandwich and added the cookie. The cookie never showed and your driver left instead of staying to take the old sandwich back (per your policy).
Get it together. Customer service is at its lowest in 2020!
