McDonald's is McDonald's the only issue is no matter what McDonald's you go on Rockford specially in the morning. they will take for ever in give you your order. Since is a fast food restaurant you expect to be less than 5 min per car but could be maybe 10-15 and is not the workers fault that they don't hire enough people to run the mornings.
Great place for drive through

McDonald's, a well-known fast-food restaurant, has received a mix of reviews from its customers. According to the feedback, the Big Mac is considered one of the best the reviewer has had in recent memory, and the store is praised for its cleanliness and quick service. The employees are described as friendly and kind.
However, the reviews also highlight some issues with order accuracy, such as getting the wrong items or missing components of the meal. One customer mentioned receiving a well-done breakfast sandwich instead of a hash brown, and another received a Barq's root beer instead of the requested Dr. Pepper.
Despite these occasional mix-ups, the majority of the reviews praise the overall experience at this particular McDonald's location, which is described as the "best in Rockford" and a regular go-to for one of the customers. The staff is commended for their friendliness and the accuracy of custom orders.
While the food quality is not considered the best, it is deemed satisfactory when needed. The main area for improvement seems to be in order accuracy and management oversight to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service.
