Ordered online through Popeyes app. Ordered a box including 3 pc, chicken sandwich, tenders, beans, mashed potatoes. And another order of 3 pc tender and chicken sandwich. Showed up to the store and they said we have the 3 piece but nothing else…. No other explanation. So I asked wait sorry so what do you have then? Person on the mic said “oh my god” and is trying to be annoyed with me when you guys are missing literally 6 of the 7 things I ordered 😂😂....read full review
One star they says they open at 10 o'clock and it's not open they open around 11 or 12 o'clock they should shut down this place
I didn't mind waiting for my sandwich but they boxed up the fries and set at the drive up window and in ROCKFORD below zero made the fries want to jump back in the fryer they were stone cold in the parking lot
