I really enjoy Wetzels pretzels, this was the closest location to my home now it seems like it’s gone.I wonder what happened. On google and the website it lists it’s still open as of 5/18/26 but I doubt it’s getting a makeover/remodel.Now the closest Wetzels pretzels from here is at Gurnee mills or at Woodfield mall, both an hour away. When it was open employees were very friendly and the pretzels were made very good in quality,taste...read full review

My sister and I were looking for Auntie Anne shop but instead we came across this pretzel shop. We decided to give it a try. The food that they were selling were identical and it had the same great taste. The guy who took our order was fast and attentive. I would definitely try them again.

Wetzel's Pretzels is a popular pretzel shop that offers a variety of delicious options. Customers have praised the shop's fast and attentive service, as well as the great taste of the pretzels. While the service may not be overly friendly, the food is generally well-received. Some customers have noted that the churro bites are not actually churros, but rather pretzel bites with a cinnamon-sugar coating and syrups. Overall, Wetzel's Pretzels provides a satisfying pretzel experience for those looking for a quick and tasty snack.
