“Other than the potato oles having way to much salt on them and the burrito being very spicy, more than needed, we LOVE Taco John's.
The bacon ranch chicken wrap is to die for at Taco John's! No one makes one that can compare. I've had them at every fast food, practically and McDonald's, Burger King, and Wendy's don't come close!
Plus, the Apple Grandes are unlike AMAZING!
My hubby and his family have been going to Taco John's ( mostly the one in Beloit) since the early 70's. And, they'd always get multiple Apple Grandes each because they are soooooo 😋 yummy!“

“Stopped in after work with the family for dinner, didn't feel like making dinner, order our food. Staff was polite and our food came out quick, hot and fresh, dinning room was clean and we enjoy our meal and left. Definitely returning to Arby's“

“The food was really good, no complaints there. Prior to visiting I was reading through other reviews and a lot of them mention the lack of smiling from the staff, and those reviews do seem to hold true. Working in the food industry isn't always the best so I completely understand. Despite the lack of smiles, the one staff member we interacted with was very nice. When the milkshake I had ordered didn't come out with our food initially, she upgraded it to a large free of charge.“

“Taco John's had a $1 special on Taco Bravos tonight. I thought this was a great deal. I hadn't been there in a while, but this deal brought me in. I thought the food was good. The service was polite and fast. It is a fast food restaurant, but the only thing I feel could be improved is the atmosphere. The booth I sat at had a very wobbly table. I decided to stay sitting there because it was close to the beverage machine. But there isn't much in the dining room as far as decorations or anything on the walls. There just isn't any character about it at all.“

“It is a truck stop so there is that stigma. I usually drop by and get the loaded breakfast sandwich. It's a pretty good sandwich. But, it's hit or miss if they actually put any meat in there. Sometimes there is a few scraps in there and all egg, sometimes there is a more acceptable amount.“

“It's been years since I have been to any Wendy's restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised to enjoy the food. The fries were a lot better than I imagined. I typically measure all fries vs. McDonald's. The Wendy's fries were lightly crispy outside but a nice soft, pillowy interior fry. The Bacon cheeseburger was good as well.“

“Went drive thru and spent 30 bucks got ham and Swiss & bacon chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders, curly fries and motts sticks, everything Fantastic, just how I remembered as a kid, the lady was super nice and the place was super clean. Food was warm and was still was when i got home 20 min later cause they put the napkins on top the food and it helps keep the heat in and food fresh. 1st time at this beloit location and I am impressed. “I used to be a die hard subway dan, then I wanted a more homemade fresh tasting sub and I was off to find that shop. Visiting many small sub shops to big chain shops, then I was hooked on Jimmy John's for a while till I heard people brag about Jersey Mike's and saw commercials on social media so decides to stop in at my Local Jersey Mike's, the smell was awesome, people were friendly and place was clean, got the original italin with everything on it and man you can see the freshness and quality of the products, my first bite was truly amazing and brought me back to a time back in the late 80's to this small mom and pop sub shop by my house. I found my go to sub shop and I rate Jersey Mike's better than the sub shop currently in operation.“

“Another great day here in the Rockford area specifically here at 5965 E Riverside Wendy's location. Only my 2nd time here at this location and because I had such great service with a smile. JOJO who took my order of my baconator breakfast meal was very nice with a smile and very professional. After I received my order I asked her how good were the Biscuits and gravy and how id been wanting to try them but wasn't sure as im kinda picky when It come to them. She said they were good and recommend them. As im sitting down about to dig into my hot meal , JOJO comes over with a sample of some of their biscuits and gravy. I was shocked, pleased and happy that she went above and beyond for her place of employment. I will definitely be bringing my buisness to this location even though theres one 5 minutes from my house but doesn't compare. Jojo definitely deserves an A+ possibly a promotion in the future. Its people like her that make you want to become a repeat customer.“

“I went in yesterday about 4:30. I ordered some gyros and fries. The woman at the register actually had a great personality. When she gave me my order she also warned me that the fries were just cooked so they would be hot. Great customer service. The best I have received anywhere in a long time.“

“I went this afternoon to Pizza Hut with my 2 boys and was met with some of the best customer service I’ve ever received the manager willie is full of, and exudes exactly the type environment and energy you want to be around I hope he is there the next time I come back the food was amazing but the service was above and beyond.“

“I recommend that they use a heavy degreaser on the dining room floor! The floor is so filthy greasy it is a miracle I didn’t fall down! They should be using a separate mop and bucket for the dining area not the same one as the greasy kitchen! Do better before someone falls and sues!“

Take out Saturday 11/1. Food was absolutely terrible, to the point I threw my patty melt out after a single bite. My fries were undercooked, and were legitamately inedible. My milkshake was supposed to be peanut butter, but was made as chocolate. Extremely dissapointed, especially for 20$.

Would greatly appreciate a refund, actually. As I did not eat this meal and was wasted out on my dinner. Tried calling and no help.“
