Went to this location recently and experienced extremely rude workers. They refused to give a family member back a gift card stating the card came up with an error as if it was never activated. My family member knew there were funds still on the card so she paid for her ice cream with a different form of payment and asked for the card back. We were on a family bike ride my wife, my son, and me. We went to the walk up window I did not have a mask so I put my shirt up over my face. The girl working pretty much ignored me. I rang the bell twice while she continued to serve people at the drive up window none of which were wearing masks. The second time I rang the bell the girl inside pointed at her mask as if to say I need a mask.
