“They have a large menu of of maki and sushi! It was so hard to choose! The fish was fresh and the combinations in the rolls were amazing. My daughter also got the ramen (shoyu I think) and it was excellent. The broth was so rich! We all loved it!“

“I usually go to the location in south Rouckford on state street. We decided to order to this location not knowing this is a chain restarant. My mistake, I pre ordered online two hours in advance. I arrived 15 minutes late and I still waited ten minutes for my food, no big deal right...things happen. What made me comment is when I got home, two orders were missing, the sushi we ordered had minimal fish but packed with cucumber, which is used as a filler. The rolls were basically vegetarian....very disappointed. I hate to leave a poor review but this was a $80 dinner that was not good. The location on state street has never done this.“

“I had the Spicy shrimp off the menu. It was delicious! It had crunchy peppers, carmelized onions, soft slivered carrots, and a delicious dark sauce. The vegetable eggroll was tender on the inside with the perfect crunch on the outside. The shrimp was excellent.There was so much food on the plate, I had enough food to take home for another meal. The servers are so polite and friendly. The restaurant was very clean, and the dining tables and chairs were sort of rustic and perfectly comfortable. There were several pieces of art on the walls to look at and discuss while waiting for the food to come. It arrived pretty quickly, and it was good and hot. Five stars 🤩“
