“I had a very good experience here. While the the place was fairly empty. My waitress served me as I would have expected. The food was good. Honey BBQ was delightful. There strawberry lemonade was very flavor full I just could not get enough. Right now they have the bottomless apps (chips and queso, onion rings,and or fired pickles) way more food then I could ever eat myself. The bartender even put on a show I wanted to watch. The manager checked in with me to make sure everything was going well. I would say this experience was one of the top experiences I have had a bdubs.“

“I'm biased in regards to Serve and Swig since my band plays there, but so be it. The bar has been transformed from old Nutties which was a little neighborhood watering hole to a excitingly new establishment. Serve and Swig not only offers top shelf bar service, but quite good appetizers and full meals while wude screen tv's display sporting events and maybe a couple of guitar players singing popular rock songs.
The outdoors offer volleyball leagues and pickleball courts. There is always something fun happening at Serve and Swig!“

“Went here for the first time a few weeks ago the staff and owner were super friendly and welcoming. I decided to go back to eat a few days later with my family all the food was great and we are quite picky!! This will definitely be one of our new go tos whether it be for lunch/dinner or just a quick beer. Very happy we tried it out!

Kid-friendliness: Was nice to be able to bring my kids in on a Sunday for lunch and not feel like we were out of place. Kids were happy with the food as well !“

“I came to try the meat loaf stack and my wife the steak sandwich. We thought the food was delicious, and the service was great. We arrived a little before 5 on Friday which was a good time because the restaurant filled up quickly after wards. We’ll definitely be coming back.“

“The bouncer is amazing, great sense of humor. Good atmosphere. Pool tables and darts usually already taken if you work late. Bartenders are pretty good but you have to not be shy or anxious or they probably won't serve you. Best Bloody Mary I've ever had that I didn't make myself, and also, everyone should try the Zoey if you like sweet drinks.“

Need to change some of the TV to other games. A sports bar usually shows more than 1 game on the TV's especially when 2 series ending baseball games are in progress.“

“This place is definitely a cool place with good atmosphere, good service amd good food.. only reason for my 4 star is the fact that they add a delivery charge to the bill for bringing your food out.. not sure why thats really necessary when there the only ones who charge it. “I've had the privilege of stopping by the Squaw Bar on several occasions and have enjoyed every visit. What is refreshing about this establishment is that it's cozy and not over refined like other establishments. This means that one can get to know just who they are enjoying the company of. The Squaw Bar even has the latest technology that blends in well with a good old fashion campfire by the sands. I'm speaking of .SVG TV... no not your regular run of the mill squabbles from all over the globe but a personalized cast of stars that light up the evening sky. Take for example the ale tale of Helen Liz Hunt. It's an October ghost story told at this time in the light of the Hunters Moon. The legend says that Helen walks the .3 mile route from Hunt Ave on a westwards journey. She crosses Helendale Road and arrives at the Squaw Bar in search of dark rye and molasses bread 🍞. Helen pays for her meal in Indian Rupee legal tender and enjoys the Raisins And Honey as the Sultan as played by myself offers her a 🍔 hamburger bear hug.“

After enjoying our appetizer we both ordered their three taco dinner special for taco Tuesday. My fiancé order steak tacos and I ordered a combination of chicken tinga, chorizo, and their house special campechano. Everything was amazing!!! My fiancé enjoys the spicier salsas and was offered a habenero red salsa. We sampled all three that was received and have nothing but good things to say about them all. “Stopped at the wall after watching The exorcist believer which I actually thought was pretty good despite the reviews lol but only to see what the place looked like and to show others who might be interested in visiting themselves. I did a little digging online and seen that they have a bingo night which I would like to come back to but overall there is plenty of space and this is a great option if you want to just find a relaxing place to sit down relax watch a game and enjoy your meal plus if you go in the middle of the week in the middle of the day it's like you have a whole theater to yourself plus zifaros make some of the best fries I've had believe it or not.“

“Just moved to the Antioch area and Anastasia's is The Place to Be. Best food. Most Sports TV's. Great service. Plenty of parking and convenient location. I've been to every good wing place in the tri- state area and they have the best wings and blue cheese I've had. Can't miss with Anastasia's in Antioch.“

“I visit Johnsburg 1-2 times per year and I always work it into my schedule to stop in for a beer which turns into several. Friendly regulars and bartenders. Random people usually give me money to request songs on the jukebox for them which is pretty cool.“

“We had an outstanding experience at Smokin' Jack's BBQ, a truly a fantastic addition to Mundelein.

Cody, our server, was exceptional from start to finish. He was attentive and engaged the entire time without ever being intrusive. Friendly, efficient, and clearly experienced, he took our drink order right away and had everything back to us within minutes, even on a busy Friday night.

At his recommendation, we started with the Texas Twinkies and Smoked Pork Belly... and wow. 😋 I never imagined how perfectly both would be curated. The Pork Belly was unbelievably tender and my fork went right through it. Honestly, I may be chasing that level of satisfaction for the rest of my life.

We ordered a variety of meat trays, and as a foodie family, it’s rare for us to have zero notes but we truly had no suggestions for improvement. The flavors were so well-balanced and dialed in that we didn’t even touch the sauces.

If you’re looking for fall-off-the-bone, boiled-then-grilled rib slab, this isn’t that and that’s a good thing in my book. These ribs are hearty and properly smoked with incredible flavor, served without sauce for a reason... they simply don’t need it.

We grabbed dessert to go and left with leftovers to enjoy later if it survives the trip passed our kids.
