“One of the worst days of my life today, and Maddie (manager) greatly eased my worries. We had my kids childhood dog in the car and we were on our way to have him cross rainbow bridge. I told her at the drive through I was ordering a cake pop for him and why. When we pulled around to pay, she refused. She said she was so sorry for our upcoming loss, she knew how it felt as she had just lost her cat a couple weeks back. I insisted she take payment and again, she refused. Her kindness was felt throughout the ride to the clinic and I could never repay her for that. She is an ANGEL. And I hope her GM sees this and repays her for that. MADDIE....THANK YOU FROM ALL OF US.
