Chick-fil-A in Schaumburg

“Great place but something changed recently, maybe personal. We are visiting this place once a week for half a year. They were amazing in everything until last lately. 3-4 weeks straight there is something we have to wait on a drive through, parking and waiting near entrance for 5-10 additional minutes. In most cases it’s a milkshake. They usually do them pretty fast, like 1-2 minutes max. But now they are sending us to wait. Today we were waiting for additional 15 minutes.

Last time they didn’t put any sauces. I was so used to get service that I never checked if they forget something. Now I will have to.

Hope they will get great again and soon :)
