Chick-fil-A in Chicago

“I had a good experience here! The service was friendly and efficient, the food was fresh and tasty, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The only thing I didn't like was sketchy characters and police officers swarming outside the restaurant.“

“The Chick-fil-A down in the South Loop is insanely efficient. Went for a quick lunch while running errands on Roosevelt and the line was crazy long, but they got me through in like ten minutes. Got the spicy chicken sandwich meal with waffle fries and extra sauce. The sandwich was super fresh and the workers were ridiculously nice even though they were completely slammed. Always a solid fast option when you are starving.“

“Stopped by Chick-fil-A in the Irving Park/Addison area while passing through Chicago. Like most Chick-fil-A locations, the food itself was good and consistent — the chicken sandwich was fresh, crispy, juicy, and exactly what you expect from the brand. The waffle fries were hot and well seasoned, and the service moved relatively quickly despite the restaurant being quite busy. Staff were polite and professional, which is something Chick-fil-A usually does better than most fast-food chains.

That said, the experience was disappointing overall because the bathroom was closed during our visit. When you’re traveling, especially with kids and family, access to a restroom is not a small issue — it becomes part of the overall customer experience. After driving around the city and stopping specifically to eat and take a break, finding out the washroom was unavailable was frustrating and inconvenient. There didn’t seem to be much communication around it either, which made it even more disappointing.

The restaurant itself appeared fairly clean and organized, and you could tell the staff were trying to keep up with the flow of customers. But for such a high-traffic location, basic amenities really matter. It changes how comfortable and welcoming the experience feels, especially for families, travelers, or anyone stopping in during a long day.

I’ll still say the food quality and customer service were better than many other fast-food places, which is why I’m not giving it a lower rating. But the closed restroom definitely impacted the visit enough to bring the overall experience down.

“Food was good and the restaurant was clean. There is no place to sit in the he restaurant because I is so small but it has a very nice order area that makes up for it. This Chick-fil-A is located in M10 terminal 5, I was kinda hard to find but I hope this helps you out. Overall this place is great, I got breakfast and everything was amazing, I would recommend coming here for lunch, breakfast, or dinner.“

“I’m a trainer at a Chick-fil-A in Golf Mill in Niles, and when I came here to this one in Millennium Park, I had one of the best experiences there. The owner operator took my order and she was one of the nicest people there, even talked to me about my experience at Golf Mill. The atmosphere was 10/10, the service was 10/10, and whoever is on breading should get a raise because i’ve never had better nuggets and chicken than what I just had. Keep up the good work, guys!!!“

“Ham with ABOVE & BEYOND after my door dash order was stolen. He was kind of enough to walk me through the process of what to do to get recompensed for the order the assigned door dash driver stole. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE , very kind, respectful, and did not escalate the situation.“

“This Chick-fil-A was overall very nice. The staff was kind and the service was quick to bring me my food, and my order was just like I requested it. The inside atmosphere was modern and nice besides some garbage on the floor by some tables, and the bathroom wasn't completely clean. Overall I enjoyed eating at this location.“

“This place was as busy as any other Chick-fil-A, but only at the drive-through. So we ate inside both times we were there.
I must say that the staff was super nice, the place is clean, and the food is served fast, and it is exactly the same as at any other Chick-fil-A.

“My goodness, the service was top tier, and not for a fast food place but for like a nice sit down restaurant, I didn’t catch her name, but the girl that helped us was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. It was sunny and we sat outside, the atmosphere was nice, btw she brought the food to us, outside. The only thing is it was my first time eating ChickfilA and I wasn’t a fan tbh, but my fiancé loved it. So I guess its just a taste preference.“
