Chick-fil-A in Naperville

“Great location and the staff was great. The chicken sandwich was delicious, it was crispy and tender, no pieces were un-chewable. The drive-thru is a little awkward and you have a person outside taking your order and two lanes. There is a mobile order lane and a regular lane. The girl at the drive-thru was great, she was friendly, helpful, and looked like she enjoyed her job instead of being resentful. The rest of the staff was great too. Overall the service and staff were great. This is a great location if they can keep good staff like this. The order was made promptly and brought out to my car window all in about 3 minutes. It was lunchtime but not too busy.“

“I’ve enjoyed many Chick-fil-A over the years and this one has given me a great experience. The outside, seating on a nice warm day outside can’t be beat. The service was phenomenal. A young lady named Maddie was extremely helpful. Chick-fil-A also has one of the best rewards app. Anytime I buy a meal. I’m always leaving with a free ice cream or treat.“
