“Ordered 30pc grilled chicken nuggets. Was told there would be a 5 minute wait time. It ended up being about 12-15 minutes and they comped my entire order and apologized several times. Definitely not necessary but I appreciate the level of customer service.“
“I’ve enjoyed many Chick-fil-A over the years and this one has given me a great experience. The outside, seating on a nice warm day outside can’t be beat. The service was phenomenal. A young lady named Maddie was extremely helpful. Chick-fil-A also has one of the best rewards app. Anytime I buy a meal. I’m always leaving with a free ice cream or treat.“
