“There is always a woman and a man there and they are always so nice to my daughter and I. Great service, very patient and polite. We love coming to this location, it’s our favorite!

Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals and even though my daughter actually eats an entire foot long, everyone so always so friendly to us.

Parking: There’s tons of parking.“

“Whenever I get my sandwich which is footlong with Pepperoni, Salami, Marinara, Lettuce, Tomato, Baja Chipotle, Creamy Siracha the guy always put care into making it like it's a cute little baby. Never had any issues with this place for 5 years of coming.“

“This was a really convenient fueling option close to O’Hare Airport. The price of fuel was a little higher than regular street gas stations, this location was a great on-off interstate access option, especially when fueling and dropping off a rental car at the airport before hopping on a departing flight.“

“I saw the Choula and Lime ad on social media and came into to have a Philly cheesesteak with that flavoring. Jack who was working during the freezing weather conditions let me know it was only used for a wings rub but said he could try to make it as a cheese steak by mixing butter instead! He was very friendly and accommodating, willing to go above and beyond to help me. They were also closing soon and I was going to take my meal to go but he insisted that my partner and i dined in so the food stayed warm. Absolutely made my night because I got exactly what I wanted and it was a delicious cheesesteak!“

“Afeera was very helpful and patient, it’s my first time at Charleys and first time in Illinois and I was happily surprised to see a cheesesteak place inside of a Walmart instead of McDonalds, Charley’s was on my radar coming here and being able to get an old school was definitely a good afternoon meal, thank you 🤙🏼“

The prices might seem high if you'reused to large franchise type delis, but these are not small sandwiches and can definitely be shared or have for multiple days. The menu is focused on European style sandwiches that are each unique and delicious. This is the place to try if you have a hankering for a good deli sandwich!“
