they over charged on our meal by $3.07. board said 9.99 for the meal receipt says 11.08 + 1.49 + .49. the guy there was extremely rude treated us like we were stupid and refused to refund. if it's not 9.99 for the meal don't put it on your menu. we will not be back and do not reccomend. so for 1 shake and a 4 pc meal we paid $19.55. watch your receipts guys!!!
Its always very easy for anyone to be negative about services and food establishments but its usually from those who don't run a business. So get over it, because these guys were great - this place was super clean, the staff was very helpful, engaged and polite, the product was excellent, a far cry from some fast food joints i have visited where the entire staff look like they are floating in the clouds. This franchise is very well run! Service is great, store is clean, food well prepared.I was passing trough and entered the store right at closing time. The manager/owner served us and was obviously a very conscientious person and driven to do things right! I was impressed.
