“We always enjoy the food at Cracker Barrel. This past Saturday, we ate at the Shiloh, IL location. The service was terrible. Our waitress, Joya, stopped by our table to say she would be with us as soon as she finished with the table next to us. My husband & I knew what we wanted so when she took our order, we ordered our drinks and then told her we wanted an appetizer (loaded hashbrown tots) and we knew what we wanted for our meals. I ordered the cheesecake stuffed Pancakes and my husband ordered the steak & egg hashbrown casserole skillet meal. We got our drinks right away, and then waited about 20 minutes before she brought our meals out. When we asked about our appetizer, she said she was sorry and asked if we still wanted it. We said no. The skillet meal was missing the tomatoes & green onions on top and he was never asked if he wanted biscuits. She said she was sorry again and was "slacking in her duties". She brought out a tiny cup with about 3-4 pieces of tomato and a few pieces of onion. She still never offered biscuits. The couple next to us heard us talking about what we were missing & they got up & left before even getting their drinks. The couple behind us also had issues with items missing from their order because I saw them talking to her as she looked at her order book and then came back with food a few minutes later. We enjoy the food but may end up going to another location next time.”

“House special fried rice is fire!!! The jet engine burner is right next to register. Hot and fresh as hot and fresh can ever be. It still breaths wok hey when i put it on my table in the kitchen.”

The NEW Fairview location told me ZERO caffeine I was down with a MASSIVE HEADACHE for over 24 hours. I love the drink though. I ordered the NEW Cherry Chia. Austin was knowledgeable about the caffeine”

“I come here almost every Saturday and I receive the best service from everyone there! “Mak” and “Katie” have exception service and make it a joy to be there whether they are helping us or making jokes with each other. I have never had a problem with this store and whoever runs it is doing an amazing job with their employees! I would choose Shiloh Coldstone everyday.”

“I absolutely LOVE BBM! I have started coming to the Edwardsville location about a month or so ago. Purchased probably like 30-40 meals so far which have all been delish and not to mention very filling! I love that the meals can last up to two weeks in the fridge and can even be frozen, which elimates soooo much waste when meal prepping myself or purchasing elsewhere. I have sent a few friends your way with nothing but compliments from them as well. If you are on the fence, highly suggest popping in!”

“We had been meaning to try this place for a while. So glad we finally did! The name is indeed accurate: SO YUMMY!! We’ve been twice now. We’ve had the chicken, steak, and pork and they were all wonderful. Also, love the sticky rice, veggie toppings, and sauces. Our 11 year old is a big fan of the bubble tea. So happy to have a healthier takeout option nearby. The price is about what we would spend at Panera, BUT we have leftovers. The portion size is perfect for dinner and lunch the next day for our family of 3. Love it!”

“My daughter and I ate at First Watch on January 25,2024, the food was good as always. So as we were leaving I went to pay and my daughter and granddaughter went to the car, my comes in and say mama I locked the keys in the car and my granddaughter is in there. She called O’Fallon police and so did one of the staff did as well. The police community service worker came out and tried unlocking the door for about 20 minutes, remind you my granddaughter is in there and it’s cold and raining. Next thing I know almost the whole staff came out and tried everything they can do because they seen we were out there for a long time. I finally got ahold of my insurance company and they sent someone out and they was able to unlock my door finally. Big shout out to the staff at First Watch for all your help, my daughter and I really appreciate you all ❤️”
