“Love the DD in Shorewood. Everyone is always very pleasant and cortious. They are very sweet to my little girl every time we walk in.“

“Morning Staff is always very friendly and they make sure the drive thru line moves as quickly as possible. Once in a while I get a coffee that tastes a little burnt but other than that they do a really good job! Good variety for their menu as well and they always give our dog a small cup of whip cream when she comes with for the car ride! She looks forward to her Dunkin field trips! “How often does one take time out to write a review for a Dunkin’? I’d venture to guess not often. But if there’s one branch of Dunkin’ that deserves a review, it’s this one. Bobby and his team at Dunkin’ are BEYOND amazing! And I’m not just speaking from my experience but from my observation with the team dealing with other customers. They remember names, they remember orders, they’re all polite, and go out of their way..the customer service is top notch h. Even on the busiest of mornings, they’re prompt and on top of it…but honestly, even when a order has an issue, they’re apologetic and fix it - their customer service is remarkable. Furthermore, the other thing I love is that the store is ALWAYS clean! My mornings are pretty much incomplete without coffee and a “good morning HIra” from this team!“

“Yesterday i placed a mobile order through the drive through, and sat there for about 12 minutes but decided to just come inside and grab it instead. YALL I WASNT EVEN MAD AB THE WAIT TIME BC OF HOW DELICIOUS MY COLD BREW WAS. I came back again today and my coldbrew is once again genuinely the best thing that has ever happened to my tastebuds. My everything bagel minis are actually WARM and the hashbrowns are sooo crispy instead of mushy. I used to come here often and didnt have the greatest service but holy wow. This is so good, if u guys see this pls applaud the team working on 11/05 and 11/06. Please keep this hard work up im genuinely so happy im giggling and kicking my feet. So dead serious.“

“Maybe. But I ordered a Grilled cheese melt. it had two slices of cheese on it and it was cold. Not even Grilled. No ham on it either? Terrible. Disappointing.“

“Food was fine. Atmosphere was basic. Place kind of small. No customers other than drive-thru. We had to wait for service a little. Understandable being that there were only 2 ppl working. They were hustling with drive-thru. Once they got to us, they were very polite and apologetic.“

“This is my all time favorite Dunkin. The staff is always so kind especially the morning workers. The food and drinks are always consistent. Whenever I go to a different Dunkin it’s never the same quality as this location. I always get the frozen coffee with butter pecan and blueberry. Never disappoints. I also highly recommend the snackin bacon. It’s the perfect amount of sweet and savory. I think everyone should go to this Dunkin. You guys are my favorite!!“

“I get my coffee there most mornings and sometimes on Sunday. Today I want to give kudos to two employees. My family sat at one table and spilled our large coffee. They were both so kind and immediately attentive. Wemovede to another table, and we spilled the other coffee again, and both of the employees with a smile came to our rescue. NEVER made us feel embarrassed and cleaned the other area quickly. The thing lady made sure I got my coffee. And the young man mopped and cleaned the floor with a smile towards us. I didn't get their names, but I'm sure they remember us. I hope they know I am forever grateful for their kindness. They will never know how meaningful that was.“

“I liked this dunkin a bit more than the rest. The workers were polite and well prepared. I have to give probs to the young lady who made our banana split because it looked and tasted perfect. I did order extra food after to help some people in need and none of the workers judged them or us for helping these people. A father and daughter in need of food and hydration walked in after my hubbie invited them and we talked for a little bit before we went on our way. None of the staff made a comment or complaint. They just accepted us and the people in need.

Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian options and even if a sandwich or item has meat you can choose to remove or substitute it. My go to is the avocado toast and veggie egg white bites.“

“I just recently started working in Joliet and this Dunkin is right off the exit next to my job and I have never been to a Dunkin that is as fast as them and always has my drink right and the food is always perfect! And the people that work in there are so sweet“

“I have been at the Elwood location many times I just went back and I’m happy to say There is a girl by the name of Cat Who I noticed is still there (thank God) she needs to manage many Duncans to make every location like the one in Elwood. I am a vice president at a company who deals a lot with customer service. I asked her if I can hire her and she said no she’s very happy at her current job so bummer for me. In which case I wanted to compliment the individual that would be above her to make sure she is given the proper Recognition for doing her job with a smile. When I walk in, she’s always smiling very pleasant. Has learned my name from memory which I think it’s a great plus for being a customer. It should be that way all regular customers to be called by their name. This girl should be running multiple locations or become an area or general manager. She can teach a lot of your employees About how to run a business Properly. This location has many positive improvements since she has been at this location. I have come in very often and it finally feels like I’m welcome. It’s unbelievable how this location is now being run. Anyone reading this please go to this location and see how a Duncan should be run. I guarantee top service I’ve seen and experienced it multiple times. I’m not even one to usually leave Reviews on a business But the difference in this place versus a lot of of places that I’ve come across in my life is a huge difference. I feel like they should set out some candles and table cloths and little napkins like a more upscale restaurant. I’ve now noticed too, it’s being decorated for Halloween, which is so cute because my birthday is on Halloween so I feel like the manager is celebrating my birthday. Great job at this location and a great job to the manager Cat you are number one Don’t ever let anyone tell you different. The changes that I’ve seen are like night and day! Please promote this girl to the top. She definitely deserves it. By the way, I live in Woodridge, Illinois, and I have actually taken the time to go to that location upon occasion when I didn’t have to work just because of the difference that has been made.“

“Under staffed each time we have come here but the crew tries their best to give each customer their attention. Folks we dealt with were very courteous and got items from stock for us. Hope to see this place successful with enough crew on hand for drive through and foot traffic it gets.“

Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely wonderful when you can have the employees helping hold the door for my son (he's in the wheelchair) and I'm kinda tiny. Great service and above and beyond.“
