“Morning Staff is always very friendly and they make sure the drive thru line moves as quickly as possible. Once in a while I get a coffee that tastes a little burnt but other than that they do a really good job! Good variety for their menu as well and they always give our dog a small cup of whip cream when she comes with for the car ride! She looks forward to her Dunkin field trips! “We love Donut Den but something has changed. The long John’s were always so soft and almost melted in your mouth however, they seem a little heavier lately please go back to how they were made before because they were awesome.“

“This is my all time favorite Dunkin. The staff is always so kind especially the morning workers. The food and drinks are always consistent. Whenever I go to a different Dunkin it’s never the same quality as this location. I always get the frozen coffee with butter pecan and blueberry. Never disappoints. I also highly recommend the snackin bacon. It’s the perfect amount of sweet and savory. I think everyone should go to this Dunkin. You guys are my favorite!!“

“How often does one take time out to write a review for a Dunkin’? I’d venture to guess not often. But if there’s one branch of Dunkin’ that deserves a review, it’s this one. Bobby and his team at Dunkin’ are BEYOND amazing! And I’m not just speaking from my experience but from my observation with the team dealing with other customers. They remember names, they remember orders, they’re all polite, and go out of their way..the customer service is top notch h. Even on the busiest of mornings, they’re prompt and on top of it…but honestly, even when a order has an issue, they’re apologetic and fix it - their customer service is remarkable. Furthermore, the other thing I love is that the store is ALWAYS clean! My mornings are pretty much incomplete without coffee and a “good morning HIra” from this team!“

Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely wonderful when you can have the employees helping hold the door for my son (he's in the wheelchair) and I'm kinda tiny. Great service and above and beyond.“

“I stopped in the drive-thru on August 4th around 11am for a cup of coffee with my Mom. I didn’t catch any of their names, but the Staff was VERY friendly. There was a bit of a language / accent barrier, but I could still understand them.

However, not only was my Order correct and delicious, they went above and beyond, and gave my Mom a full sample(short cup size) of their daily brewed coffee without charging me.

“I have been at the Elwood location many times I just went back and I’m happy to say There is a girl by the name of Cat Who I noticed is still there (thank God) she needs to manage many Duncans to make every location like the one in Elwood. I am a vice president at a company who deals a lot with customer service. I asked her if I can hire her and she said no she’s very happy at her current job so bummer for me. In which case I wanted to compliment the individual that would be above her to make sure she is given the proper Recognition for doing her job with a smile. When I walk in, she’s always smiling very pleasant. Has learned my name from memory which I think it’s a great plus for being a customer. It should be that way all regular customers to be called by their name. This girl should be running multiple locations or become an area or general manager. She can teach a lot of your employees About how to run a business Properly. This location has many positive improvements since she has been at this location. I have come in very often and it finally feels like I’m welcome. It’s unbelievable how this location is now being run. Anyone reading this please go to this location and see how a Duncan should be run. I guarantee top service I’ve seen and experienced it multiple times. I’m not even one to usually leave Reviews on a business But the difference in this place versus a lot of of places that I’ve come across in my life is a huge difference. I feel like they should set out some candles and table cloths and little napkins like a more upscale restaurant. I’ve now noticed too, it’s being decorated for Halloween, which is so cute because my birthday is on Halloween so I feel like the manager is celebrating my birthday. Great job at this location and a great job to the manager Cat you are number one Don’t ever let anyone tell you different. The changes that I’ve seen are like night and day! Please promote this girl to the top. She definitely deserves it. By the way, I live in Woodridge, Illinois, and I have actually taken the time to go to that location upon occasion when I didn’t have to work just because of the difference that has been made.“
