Dunkin' Donuts in Shorewood

“I’ll admit service is bare minimum. HOWEVER there is one specific employee that is fantastic. She’s probably in her 20’s - fair skinned, dark hair with maybe a reddish tint, and wears glasses. I normally go during the week around 9am and Sunday mornings. She is so friendly and when she isn’t working the window I see her making drinks, the drinks made by her are always the best. Other than this employee (who I wish I knew the name of to give her direct credit) this location is a typical DD.“

“Morning Staff is always very friendly and they make sure the drive thru line moves as quickly as possible. Once in a while I get a coffee that tastes a little burnt but other than that they do a really good job! Good variety for their menu as well and they always give our dog a small cup of whip cream when she comes with for the car ride! She looks forward to her Dunkin field trips! Thanks Dunkin team members! You do a great job and we appreciate the friendly service every time!!“
