“Never thought of trying the burger here but wow! The Double bacon ranch burger has changed my life. From the first bit to the last it was a non stop ride of delicious. From the crispy bacon to the juicy patty, and our server Murphy was great this has been the best experience I’ve ever had at a chilis and one of the best experiences I’ve had at any place in a long time. “We absolutely love Casa Maya. It is our go to. My favorite place to go for sangria, their house made sangria is fantastic. My go to dinner is their chicken soup and queso w/chips. My husband enjoys their chicken or steak maya bowls.“

“I've been there 2x this week for breakfast. First time I had the chicken fried steak and fruit. While not much on presentation (not an easy dish to " spiff up"), it was delicious. The service was a bit slow. Today I had the gypsy skillet and substituted for the fruit. Better presentation. Server remembered me and was was very attentive. I hope to go back for their new dinner. Maybe they could table tent some of the different dinners?“
