And in my humble opinion, you should always strive and there's always room for improvement! They nailed the atmosphere tho! “Michael and Ed at Hyvee on E Kimberly in Davenport catered our wedding on October 1st. We would recommend their company for your catering needs!They were on time, professional, and budget friendly. We appreciated the extra services they provided: helping us build a layout for the reception hall, providing table ware, and packing our food in the fridge. We feel that ease of communicating with the company could be improved. We also had a buffet style wedding with a server present. The server did not serve the food, however, we did hear him tell guests how much they could serve themselves. Overall, we were pleased with the services provided.“

“Stopped in after a great trip to the zoo. Atmosphere was great, football on the TVs for the guys, and atmosphere was fun especially watching the Halloween deco being put up. Great app menu, lunch menu was a hit for our table of four, and wide variety of drink choices. It was afternoon and our bartender/server was very attentive and checked in. She really knew her stuff. Great place would recommend and go back when in the area.“

“So about 9 almost 10 years ago I met this nice lady named Kristi she came with a friend that did a guest spot at my tattoo shop in La Crosse, WI. My husband was down there about a month or two ago he came to that bar and she remembered my husband even after he lost over 200lbs. Every time I come down to Illinois I am going to end up here. “I was at the bar when the incident occurred with the customer vaping. Owner asked him politely to please not vape. The customer was unnecessarily offended even though there were signs stating no smoking or vaping. Riverside is very friendly and welcoming- veterans included. Great food, great staff!“

“We had Will from Hy-Vee in Moline (Avenue of the Cities) cater our wedding food. Will is very knowledgeable of the policies, options, and how to cater large events, yet he was still able to make us feel like we were his only customer. We did a food tasting and he was great with feedback and helped us come up with food options that worked for us. As we got closer to the wedding, it was easy to work on timing, planning, and payment with him. The food was great! The service was great! We even had guests complimenting on the food options and the staff that were catering that day. They were very personable and treated all guests as people, not just numbers. We would recommend reaching out to Will for catering from Hy-Vee for your catering needs!“

“Stopped in after a long night at band practice. We all just wanted to quick grab a drink and some grub before heading off to our homes. Got some amazing wings, burgers, a hot roast beef sandwich and French dip. Food and service was spot on. Our quick stop kept us there for about 2 hours enjoying our food and the hospitality of our servers. Definitely going to start making Vally Inn a regular stop.“

“We had fast wonderful service from our server Kaile. The food was very good. I had the fish and chips. Light crispy batter, delicious fries. My wife enjoyed the giant chicken strips that she wasn’t able to finish.“

“We just revisited after several years and were pleased to see the expansion and outdoor patio. For us, the service was great for a special event that was held on the patio and in the back annex. We hosted about 40 people very affordably and would do it again.“
