“I want to welcome our neighbors to the TBK area. I’ve seen the staff out and about all week and I must say they are absolutely so kind and welcoming to talk to. So today second day open I had to go and get a sandwich. Wow wow the bread was so fresh with texture that was just what you want for a hearty portions of filling you expect! The turkey club is what I got it was amazing. But to revert back to the staff they continued to show the upmost quality of customer service with great excitement! Garret even remembered my name and I was stunned as I walked out to my car. I fully planned to wait for our order to be ready, since we showed up 10 minutes early. Not only was the Moline team extremely fast and bagging our order when we walked in the door, but they were very friendly! Keep up the great work!! 👏“

“The restaurant has been closed for in person dining for quite a while, but they still sell their Vanderuben rubin sandwiches cold two days a week. They also offer their Rasinruben sandwiches and a tuna sandwich called the Charlie (pun intended). Many salads are also available. Great food, too bad, no more in person dining.“

“Would give more then 5 stars if I could! I work overnights at Trinity and placed an order online, not realizing they were closing in 10 minutes. When I got the confirmation email that my order would be delivered the next day, I called the store in hopes of catching someone before close to cancel. I was so pleased when the gentleman that answered the phone informed me that he had seen the order and that it was for hospital staff, already had it made, and would be having it delivered. Will definitely continue to give them my business!“

“I "used the app to skip the line", however, when I arrived at the assigned time, they had not even started the order I had already paid for. I watched them make several people's orders while I stood and waited for them to complete mine. They offered me a free drink for the wait.“

“Usually this place has no so nice service. A few months ago I tried it out again see if they could redeem themselves from my last visit. That they did! There is a young girl named Elizabeth and she has an up beat, happy attitude and personality. I took my elderly mom into eat and she kept switching her order and not sure what she wanted. She was so polite and talked with my mom to figure what she was hungry for. The management needs to keep this girl on their staff. I want to thank Elizabeth for being so kind and nice, way better experienced than my last visit.“

“First time eating at this subway. Gave food a 3 star only because there was barely any meat or veggies on the two footlongs we ordered. More bread than anything. Had coupons for buying 2 at $12.99 but was told we couldn't use on the chicken sandwiches we ordered. Was a bit surprised by that as all other subways always allow us to use our coupons on the chicken, just not on specialty sandwiches. Other than this, everything else was fine. I now wish I had taken a picture to show that the sandwiches were more bread than anything else.Had they been like other sandwiches made at other subways, we visit. I would have given a 5 star all the way around and been able to use my coupon.“

“The woman working tonight was amazing, she was so sweet and made my sandwich perfectly, just how I asked. It was really close to closing time and she had a long line but her attitude did not change once. She was polite to everyone, She wore gloves and changed them when needed, & she made me a delicious sandwich!! To top it all off I think she was working by herself, nobody was helping her that I could see. I didn’t get her name but she deserves recognition!“

“Clean place all the time. The crew there works well together no matter what the time is day or night. Overall they are quick about getting you in and out with the right product you ordered.I would recommend going to this subway all the time.“
