Baskin Robbins in Skokie

“10/10 service!

My husband and i were craving some pink bubble gum ice cream from Baskin-Robbins. However almost none of the locations in the Chicago area seem to carry it (or even answer the phone) we had called several locations but were unsuccessful, until we called this location - one of their employees, Syed answered the phone immediately, was very professional and said they do carry it!. We drove over and our server was the same man who answered the phone. Syed immediately recognized us from the phone call as soon as we asked for the ice cream. And was very very friendly! Absolutely outstanding customer service! We will definitely be returning to this location for our pink bubble gum ice cream!“

“Average dunkin/baskin I ordered from the kiosk no problems. The lobby was a bit dirty but that's expected from most establishments. I do wish the baristas would've called out my order or name, but nonetheless my coffee was delicious!! Oh and!! They threw in an extra donut for me :“
