“It was a super fun trip, I spent a lot of money unfortunately but I ended up getting a lot of things so I could understand why, the staff was very nice and everything was delicious, the best part is that it's in walking distance, just a few blocks from my house so I'll definitely be coming back here in the future“

“Came and ordered ice cream with my wife. It took a second to get service but the workers seemed busy with the drive thru. We had a little trouble trying to get the 31% off (as it’s the 31st) but we just had to find the coupon on the app. Overall the store was clean and the staff was friendly.“

“I went to this location for ice cream. I ended up waiting a really long time because both of the workers were working the Dunkin’ Donuts side drive through. The only reason they finally came to help me is because another man got in line behind me. I only wanted the pre-packed ice cream I waited 10 minutes for help, when I was the only person in line! When they finally went to give me the ice cream they had to take the chain and lock off the cooler. Do better or hire more people!!“

“Came here after a BTS concert. Two gentlemen were behind the counter busting balls to get orders out. They were very nice and did their absolute best to help everyone in a timely manner. To their management team: please heavily consider getting them extra help, as two people could barely handle the sheer volume of customers that walked the rough their door, about 20 people every 10 minutes. All though they were busy they were never once rude or short with customers.“

“The only real problem was the some what new person. She was fine as customer service goes. But there was a language barrier, or they just throw them up front too see if they can handle it. Like on menu, it's always hard for them. More training and going over menu a few times probably would not hurt.“

I'm doing that also at China Town...being the best at China Town. For the natural fruit used for their flavors.“

“Their open 24hours! They are a dual store. With Dunkin Donuts and Baskin -Robbins. The store was very clean and had a big selection of ice cream, sundaes, waffle cones, and banana splits. They also have a plant based and dairy free ice cream. Very fast and friendly service. Oh and the donuts all looked really good too. Also there is ice cream cakes for sale in the cooler when you walk in.“

“Mid walk tonight I wanted ice cream it was almost 10pm and even though I was skeptical I got the last chocolate dipped waffle cone and 2 scoops. Service was great and to my surprise the cone wasn't stale and chewy it still had a good crunch. Thanks Dunkin Donuts/ Baskin-Robins.“

So glad I stopped in at this location at 3347 West North Avenue. The young lady who took my order at the register was Maria P.. There was quite a long line when I entered. she was handling each and every one of them with the same courteous and sincere greetings and service. quickly and efficiently.Anaesia. Was the next person to assist me making my order. Just like her colleague she I was able to find the time to speak to the people picking up their mobile orders and the in -restaurant orders. I was impressed no one looked frantic they just moved with a purpose. it was a very well-oiled machine .She was great at customer service. When an older gentleman grabbed the wrong order by accident she quickly noticed and politely called out to him to make sure he got the right food and and nobody else was waiting for their order. “Went through the drive thru yesterday morning during rush hour , got my usual caramel blast with 2 doughnuts and avocado toast . When I tell you they got the line out the way during rush hour the morning team did their thing ! I even got my purple cup, which let me tell you half of these dunking donuts places don’t even have them on display . The young lady and gentlemen working the window where so kind and gave out great customer service .“
