“The place is convenient located on the corner of Harlem and Devon. Their parking is located on the side of the building.It was on a Monday morning after New Year's day when I came to this location and ordered a dozen doughnuts. The lady behind the counter was very kind enough to give the doughnuts that wasn't included on the selection ( a dozen ). I apologized for my mistake when I selected the wrong doughnut. “Oddly enough, a frequently poor experience at their other location on Broadway has compelled me to write a 5-star review for them too. I'm somewhat of a creature of habit with my coffees -- an iced coffee with oat milk and some sweetened syrup, usually whatever is in season. This location has always been consistent - the iced coffee tastes full-bodied and not watered down (unlike the Broadway location), and they add the accurate amount of sweetened syrups when I ask for it. Service is always friendly and accommodating as well. We're so happy to have found a Dunkin' we can call our "go-to" around here as newer residents of the neighborhood!“

So glad I stopped in at this location at 3347 West North Avenue. The young lady who took my order at the register was Maria P.. There was quite a long line when I entered. she was handling each and every one of them with the same courteous and sincere greetings and service. quickly and efficiently.Anaesia. Was the next person to assist me making my order. Just like her colleague she I was able to find the time to speak to the people picking up their mobile orders and the in -restaurant orders. I was impressed no one looked frantic they just moved with a purpose. it was a very well-oiled machine .She was great at customer service. When an older gentleman grabbed the wrong order by accident she quickly noticed and politely called out to him to make sure he got the right food and and nobody else was waiting for their order. “Good location with spacious parking lot. On our visit, late Thursday afternoon, the store wasn't crowded and service was friendly and fairly efficient. “This is a decent Dunkin Donut they are very clean they have good food great service free parking there is a couple of them there that makes great iced coffee and I also love the Belgian waffle sandwich that they made but it is now discontinued“
“Doesn't surprise me that this place is a 24/7 family-friendly fave neighborhood hangout! Why? Because employees are kind and accommodating, and the ice cream is deliciously made-to-order with all the combos and toppings you crave! This place is always alive and full of energy. The donuts are great but they sell out quickly so make sure you get here in the morning if you want to guarantee your fave. Coffee & tea are good as well, they do not have raw sugar but I can work with regular sugar for the sake of being open 24/7. Baskin-Robbins has their 31 flavors of ice-cream in various kinds of cones. They also serve pints and cakes alongside the regular ice-cream cones. This place is a staple in the community and don't be surprised if there are a ton of people around 4-10 pm.“

I told her which one but they didn't have that one. Cool let's try this one which I pointed to. It's called UBE is a purple yam. They come in shades of white to purple. They come from the Southeast Asia, Philippines etc. This is UBE Coconut Swirl Ice Cream and now my new friend. I have seen Ube Boba/Bubble Tea in few Bubble Tea shops in the area and wonder what it tastes like. Now, I know not to pass this up. Ube has a sweet taste and the coconut helps the sweetness the sweet cream marries both flavors which is a great combination.Plus, I never had this before. I just pointed to it. Next time I'll have this as a Ice Cream Shake. Yep, Its that good... They had a NEW flavors like Breakfast In Bed- Golden Hour- Watermelon Burst Sorbet- Non Dairy Mint Chocochunk- Ube Coconut Swirl“
“Typical Baskin Robbins. Lots of fantastic ice cream for a reasonable price. I'll tell you, traveling the globe has given me a pretty good understanding of customer service. This place has it on point, when I walked in, I spoke to a sale assistant. He was polite and went way out of his way to help us. Because of him, i chose to write a good review. A place is measured by the employees and staff that represent it. I certainly delight in getting a gourmet scoop of ice cream, on a sugar cone, on the 31st of a month for $1.50. Super clean facility! Specially with all the COVID-19 things going on I am happy it's open and they are quick to serve myself and other customers everyday! This location also has Dunkin Donuts. sometimes come here with a friend, and we get both ice cream and donuts. The polar pizza is delicious, and the sundaes can be really creative. Also, if you come close to closing, you might get free donuts since they are clearing out the stock.“

“I am dairy free & ordered the dairy free ice cream through Door Dash. When the driver went to pick up the order, the manager told the driver to call me to tell me that they ran out but could substitute my two scoops for a vegan packaged pint. The driver said no and asked for two dairy scoops instead. I called the store when my order was delivered because it didn't look like what I ordered & wanted to check before eating. Because of the confusion, the manager offered a free quart without me even asking if I came to pick it up. His name was Joseph & he was so kind! He saved me from a serious allergic reaction and had wonderful customer service!!“
“It's been decades since I set foot in a Baskin-Robbins and now that one is walkable to my new house, I think this is about to change. We just ordered 2 absolutely delightful ice creams for take out - pumpkin cheesecake for me and Belgian waffle for my husband. Single scoops were both really large servings and I had enough to enjoy a 2nd night while my guy housed his. Flavor-wise both were spot on and there were plenty of other great sounding choices, too. The only odd part is that it shares space with a Dunkin Donuts which also has a drive thru window so your servers are hustling to get everything tended. For ice cream this good, I'm ok with it!“
