Paying attention to macros and the food choices was hard….until the wonderful team at Steel Fitness Cafe helped realign us! Our biggest issue with healthier eating….flavor and options. At Steel Fitness Cafe, those worries completely dissolved! Want a great tasting protein shake that is ENJOYABLE??? Well then you are going in luck with the plethora of options here! Caramel Waffle Cone and Cinnamon Toast Crunch are two of my favorites! Need a meal that will fill you up AND make you feel good? They have those too! I helped myself to the Steak and Eggs! When Chef travels, he brings some of that cuisine back home for new meals! Have a sweet tooth but hate the fact that your favorite sweet treats contribute to being unhealthy? Well, their protein donuts WILL hit the spot. You won’t believe the macros until you try it! Here is the elevator pitch……JUST GO AND TRY THEIR STUFF! You WILL NOT regret it!“

“I really hope to see more of these pop up around town! My husband and I both agree on this place, the food is very healthy without compromising on taste. We've been ordering a turkey meatball build your own bowl from Uber eats, but I also really enjoyed the overnight oats and breakfast bowl with eggs and micro greens.“

“I want to give an enormous thank you and shout out to Esmeralda for the amazing service and meal provided for our office event this week. The food was amazing and enjoyed by all but what was most impressive was her attention to detail, friendliness and care in ensuring our lunch ( 40 people ) was a success. It is worth mentioning that the online catering feature was not functioning for my location despite being in the neighborhood and Esmeralda went above and beyond to make sure this would not be an issue. Thank you so much!!!“

“I loved the taste! I ordered nutella bowl. All the fruits were in good quality, and acai bowl was absolutely delicious. However, I ordered half coconut base but it came with full acai base. Also, I didn’t see any coconut flakes. I requested uber about that and it only gave me $2 credit for $20 order. This was quite disappointing. Please check the order details well next time. But overall, I loved the taste.“

“Alright I’ve ordered delivery several times and it’s time to give Ben’s their flowers. The Pork Shoulder and Waygu Beef Hearty Bowls have lifesavers in my hotel room after long-office days. The healthier options start to dwindle as the evening gets on so I’m appreciative of their later hours. Food always arrives pretty efficiently and can we talk about the prices??
You can do a lot worse for a lot more. I’ll happily hit Ben’s up on every work trip to Chicago.“

“This is the only store I feel a sense of complete calm when I enter and hear the bell ring softly. I trust the advice they give me, often moreso than that of my doctors. It's a true blessing to have this resource so close to home.
It's my favorite place to shop in Evanston, and I've been coming here for years at the advice of my integrative medicine doctor (who has changed my life by helping me wean off prescription drugs and OTC pain meds).
Walsh Homeopathic always 'delivers'. The wealth of knowledge of the owner & staff is astounding, and I never feel rushed or pressured to buy. For a shop of this size, the selection is unbelievable. In addition to vitamins, supplements & other homeopathic remedies, they stock wonderful teas, chocolates, beauty/body products, and great gift items. Their sales are fun and a great opportunity to try new products. Walsh even has a rewards program.
We are fortunate to have a wellness shop like this in Evanston, especially given so many of our buying experiences are sadly impersonal and online.

Three times now, however, one of the ingredients is not being THOROUGHLY washed. I bite down on what feels like sand grinding between my teeth -- not good. It feels like dirty lettuce. PLEASE wash the ingredients thoroughly!“

“This place is a must-try if you're driving to Deerfield for the first time. I came across this place while I was on my way to work and I figured I'd give this place a go.
The moment I walked in, I was amazed with what the restaurant had to offer between its sandwiches, soups, salads, and desserts.
I ordered their brisket sandwich, which was really good, and I wanted to try one of their dirty sodas as well. FUN FACT: They let you make your own dirty sodas. Not to mention that they also give you a free chocolate dipped strawberry with your order and I definitely didn't want to miss out on that.
The server up front was also very kind and he let me sample some of the soups while I was browsing through the menu.
Overall, great service, great food, and definitely a top recommendation for those living in the Deerfield area.“

“Okay, you HAVE to try Seattle Sutton’s meals! I’ve been getting them for almost a year, and they’re seriously the best meal delivery company. I actually talked to one of their dietitians before I signed up and they were super helpful and answered all of my questions. There are so many meals I never would’ve thought of making myself, but they’re all so good. The convenience is unreal. You just heat it up. I don't have to cook anything and I hate doing dishes, so that's a huge bonus. Plus, everything is always fresh, like I just bought it at the store. If you want easy healthy meals without worrying about fake or unhealthy ingredients this is 100% the way to go.“
