The lady at bagel counter , who later checked me out, my last view visit has been extremely rude , a few months ago when I was there , I let it go, but on my visit Saturday she become worse , no smile, no expression, just rude , my heart aches , because this place is connected to some great memories of my Dad, what a shame
We drove from Genoa City Wisconsin because we heard how delicious everything was. We were NOT disappointed. The meat on our sandwiches, one corned beef and one pastrami, was piled high! Homemade brined pickles and bakery items exceeded our expectations. Worth the drive and we will be back.

Kaufman's Bagel & Delicatessen offers a great variety of foods, from delicious bagels to wonderful corned beef and pastrami sandwiches. The staff is super friendly and helpful, making sure first-timers feel welcome. Customers praise the piled-high meats on sandwiches, especially the corned beef and pastrami, which are tender, juicy, and flavorful. The bagels are a highlight, with many customers noting how delicious they are. The homemade brined pickles and bakery items, including Jewish cookies like rugelach, exceed expectations and are highly recommended. The bakery team, led by the owner, is praised for their ability to create special treats, like rainbow icing layered between cake layers. The overall experience is marked by excellent service and high-quality food, making it a place that many are willing to drive for and return to. Customers describe the food as the freshest bagels and pickles along with deli specialties like corned beef sandwiches, sliced the way you like it. However, the parking and service can be challenging, especially when the deli is crowded.
