Starbucks in Skokie

“Im not a fan of Starbucks as a Corperation but the folks that work at this particular location are so so sweet 🥹 it was my birthday and my app was not giving the QR code for it but they honored it anyways and gave me such a cute large drink thank you ☺️“

“This Starbucks is tucked inside the busy Old Orchard mall, so it can get pretty crowded, but they do a great job keeping things moving. The interior is on the smaller side, but they’re a full-service location with the full range of drinks and food options you’d expect. The staff are friendly and efficient, and there are some comfy benches if you want to sit and take a break from shopping. A solid spot for a pick-me-up while you’re at the mall.“

“The staff is very nice and helpful at this Starbucks location, ordered the Cran-Merry Orange lemonade refresher and the blackberry Sage lemonade refresher and they were good and well made. The drive through line was not too busy at all easy in and out service.“

Other customer pick up my drink accidentally did not read name. Staff nice give me extra free drink make up for it. I did saw my name spelled correctly today. Felt weird someone pick up my drink. Thought ppl already knew by name labels. Nice pleasant starbuck and awesome fall leaves sticker here.“

“I just wanna thank MJ, he went above and beyond for myself and my friend, I ordered on the app hoping to get a red cup. When I walked in I was told that they had run out an hour before I walked in. I was a bit disappointed & I told him that every year I try and every year I failed to get my hands on the red cup but that it was okay because I’m used to not getting to the store on time. He told me and my friend to hang tight because he was gonna look but wasnt gonna guarantee anything. He went to the back for about 3-5mins & when he came back I didn’t see if he had I cup or not, I was so ready to be sad the rest of my day. To my surprise he goes, “you both are in luck, these are the last 2 in the store.” This is a small win for my horrible week. So shoutout to MJ, thank you so much for making my week. I finally got my red cup!💜😊“
