“Stopped by this Starbucks at 739 Green Bay Rd right at 5 AM when they’re supposed to open, but they clearly weren’t ready. The baristas looked genuinely surprised to have customers walk in — lobby wasn’t clean yet and the whole place had that “we’re not really open” energy. Not a great first impression when you’re relying on an early coffee stop. The drinks themselves were fine once they got going, and the staff was friendly enough, but if you list 5 AM as your opening time, you should be ready at 5 AM. Will probably give them another shot, but show up a little later next time.“
“Customer service was wonderful, and available quickly even tho it was busy. I always enjoy this Starbucks d/t its location across from the lake and customer service .
My only request is please,please call Brian Nichol and ask him to provide more umbrellas for outside patio!
Many guests enjoy sitting outside but are unable to do so in direct sunlight.
