Love the food but it seems there needs to be more people working there at a time, my order is always 1+ hour late. I usually place an online pick up order for a single ceasar wrap, today I placed it at 5:40, it said it would be done at 6:05, it’s currently 6:33 with no update. Waiting 50 minutes for a wrap seems wild, this is no diss to the workers, I am sure they are extremely busy. Please staff your place accordingly!
I’ve been here many times and enjoy it because ingredients are fresh, but service is very slow today and not very busy but a couple of servers were working at a snail’s pace. Sweetgreen is a restaurant with fresh ingredients and a great selection of delicious, healthy food. Many enjoy the food, including the ceasar wrap, the Caramelized Garlic Steak with sweet potatoes, the salmon, egg, avocado bowl, and the Garlic Parm Cauli Bowl. The staff are described as incredible, friendly, and knowledgeable about the items, with good suggestions and patience for custom orders like no greens, no dressing, and extra protein. However, service can be very slow, even when not busy, and online orders sometimes take more than 20 minutes or arrive over an hour late. Some guests report no greeting, no smile, and staff keeping to themselves. The location is average size. Despite the slow service, the fresh food, consistent portions, and healthy options keep people coming back.
