“I was at an event last evening that served a wonderful variety of treats from Sugar and Rhyme Coffeehouse—croissants, biscottis, Italian meringues, scones and several other delicious treats. Everyone there was impressed and commented on how tasty everything was. I will definitely stop at Sugar and Rhyme when I’m in the area.“

“Best breakfast spot in the Chicagoland area! Great food, excellent service from top to bottom, highly recommend! However, this place is a packed house on the weekends! Be sure to join the wait-list on Yelp or you'll be waiting over an hour for a table. Yea...it's THAT good! Kinda loud in the dining area, but that's to be expected when every single table is full from open to close.“

“I love getting my morning coffee from Elder + Oat a few times a week. It is a little bit of a haul from my house but totally worth it. Have usually get their monthly seasonal cold brew I have never disliked it. Nicole is the sweetest barista! I highly recommend this cute coffee shop!“

“She's got the most delicious pastries, but not only that, we used her for making our wedding cake, and man was it good! Even our guests that had cake loved it! I would give her 10/10 rating and will most definitely recommend touch of sweets to anyone who's looking for a baker for their wedding. “Main dish was good. Salad dressing needed some oil as the consistency just dripped as if no oil was added. The dressing puddled on the bottom of the bowl and did not dress the salad. The iced tea tasted like it was made from concentrate. This may seem a little nit picking but at their price point I feel the critique is reasonable.“

“On Dec 2nd, one hour before closing, these two amazing employees gave the best service! The closers helped build our pizza with expertise and precision. The guy with the hat was my favorite and made this experience memorable and enjoyable. Compliments to the chef!“

“I have to start out by saying our server Zack was one of the absolute BEST servers I've ever had anywhere. He is so kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and hardworking! He anticipated our needs so we didn't need to ask and wait around for refills, he brought extra napkins with out us having to ask, a server who does their job without having to be asked always elevates the dinning experience even if the food is just alright.
The food: we ordered the buffalo cauliflower as our appetizer which was good but I wish there had been just a little more but taste and presentation were good. We split the Cobb salad and ordered the 5 cheese and tomato pizza but added sausage to it. Everything tasted good however I do wish the pizza was cooked maybe another 2 minutes. The table bread though with the oil omg chef kiss!
Overall we had a good experience and we will be coming back again!“

“Always fantastic. I've come here for my birthday two years in a row. The service is fast and friendly. Definitely take advantage of the online reservations to avoid waits as it can be very busy. No matter what I try here it's always good. The bread is so good it never makes it to the photos before it's gone.“

“Personally, I have never dined here but always order their eggless cakes for all events! They offer delicious cakes and are best in town when it comes to eggless variant. They offer many flavors ranging from Black Forest (my favorite), Mango, Butter Scotch, Gulab Jamun, Chocolate, etc. Must try this place if you want a cake from here! They also take pre-bookings for larger ones!“
