I had a delivery for 10 pizzas for a party and they delivered it at the exact requested time - to the minute. Staff also adjusted the delivery time the morning of without a problem.
After they delivered to my house 20 times now they told me out of area they driver last time can’t find the right street and drive 1 hour around now they cancel my order says out of they area but that’s bs
the last 2 times I've ordered , the pizza came to me barely cooked. the middle was still straight up DOUGH. even when marked "well done". manager on the phone did not care at all.
EDIT 3/31/22 as a belated reply to this post, I was contacted by dominos and offered credits for future orders. I've ordered 3 times within 2022, and all orders were made well and tasted delicious.
