Clean, staff was friendly and helpful
This South Elgin location was pretty great pre-covid shut downs but has been absolutely awful since then. As an avid Panera customer I have had wait times be through the roof, and then have my order be “missing” or just completely wrong! I’m a patient person, but having to wait over 30 mins in a drive through that I cannot exit is absolutely unacceptable. Then got to the window and they couldn’t find my order on their screen.
