“Gross negligence by crew and management alike. Orders are almost always wrong or missing items. Today, I spent an HOUR in this location waiting for my order. Special instructions on the order, per dietary restrictions. My order was picked up by another customer, and the staff offered to remake mine for the mistake. Once remade, the special instructions were not followed, and they had IMMEDIATELY lost my receipt/could not recall it/print a new one to confirm my previously entered order. The manager then came to WRITE DOWN my order, in front of me and told me he would personally remake it again. And AGAIN, my order was incorrect, with the special instructions still not followed. During all of this, the staff was generally unhelpful. Rude, short and too busy talking amongst themselves to properly care about customers, orders, or how they present the McDonalds brand/experience. So I wasted an hour. Left with a poor attitude from the staff and management on duty, with only a refund in hand. I worked at McDonald's for an extended period in the past. I have certain expectations for how things should be handled, and absolutely none of them are ever met at this location.“

“Please, please, please put the Korean Beef Bulgogi on your menu. My husband had it Wednesday night and it was out of this world delicious!! I kept stealing bites from his dinner. The meat was so tender and the flavor was so unique. This dish won’t be found anywhere else in the Illinois Valley area. My dinner was also delicious. Our service was great and we really enjoyed our time in your restaurant. Did I mention how much we loved the Korean Beef Bulgogi? 😂🤤🤤“

They are probably one if the best fajitas meals we ever had, no joke, hands down! The meat is so moist and rhe vegetables so fresh and vibrant! Please try this place out! You won't be disappointed!“

“I normally love Culvers. It is the only fast food I eat. Today it was horrible. Fries were not fried properly. They were a gooey mess. My burger was not cooked in the middle. Threw it out and their food is not inexpensive. Waste of money and I'm still hungry. I will go back and if it isn't back to normal that will be my last time. Too bad. We have had a good relationship for many years.“

“By far one of the BEST, IHOP's aka U-JUMPS, (because I personally do not like to HOP, therefore U-Jump). Sounds better in person..Anywho, The food was literally still steaming when it arrived. This particular IHOP has regained my faith local breakfast chains. For once, the food actually WAS worth the price.
Our server, I think her name was Kelly. Anyway she was absolutely perfect!!.“
