“My husband and I celebrated the 2024 New Year today. We chose this restaurant for a dinner party. It felt like returning to my hometown. I couldn’t believe that today I ate Hakka-style rice cakes and leek dumplings, which were given to me by the landlady. They were sweet, soft and glutinous. Rice cakes, haha, I’m a Hakka, and I haven’t had Hakka-style rice cake desserts since I came to the United States. I’m having a really happy New Year. Food is made with care. It is a very suitable place for dating, with a comfortable and comfortable dining environment.“

“We haven't been to Mimosa in several years, frankly because it wasn't very good but decided to give it another try. What a difference: a larger menu, excellent service, and the food was wonderful. My wife had spring rolls and Bume Noodle dry with tofu. I had pork egg rolls, a cup of hot and sour soup (ample; no need to order a bowl), and the Spiderman sushi roll. The soup was rich and flavorful, and the roll was delicious. I also had the vanilla bean cheesecake. And large cups of dark tea. We'll definitely be back soon.2/2/2024: Returned to Mimosa for dinner. Were seated quickly. I had a bowl of hot and sour soup and a California roll. The soup was richer and more flavorful than previously. I finished off with the vanilla bean cheesecake. My wife had a bowl of vegetable soup and spring rolls, also delicious. Our server, Lala, was really nice and efficient. However, the restaurant was busy and very noisy, making it hard to carry on a conversation easily at our table.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options in the various categories: soup, rolls, etc.“
“My first time ordering from this food truck. They are very prompt with responding to text. The food is delicious. They give you quite a bit of food for the price which is low for the amount, soda or bottled water included in the price. I ordered a salmon plate. All the plates come with grilled hibachi vegetables and fried rice. I am totally enjoying this food experience and so is my mom and son. They are eating shrimp, my brother steak. The cashier and cooks were friendly. I give them five stars because of the service, timing (food ready when I got there) , and the taste and color of the food and it was hot when I picked it up and didn't turn cold while I was eating.“
“The food is good and you get to pick exactly what you want down to the sauce they cook it in. The place was packed because it's so good. The server was prompt and we had no issues. This place could be a good date spot or a family place, it really just depends on how you want to play it. Pro tip: One the top of the piece of paper they give you which instructs the cooks to give you either white or fried rice, put "rice on the side" there. That way you can eat your rice separate and it won't get flooded with the juices. Pile as much as you can into the top of the bowl, if it hits the tray, they toss it. If you go back for a second bowl, that's a second meal. So, pack as much as you can into that bowl before it's cooked.“
