App allows you to place items the location does not have in, the location will not issue a refund, tells you to request refund online which there is no way to do and when you question it they say oh you have to call a 1-800. After calling that 1-800 they try to get you to get a Dunkin card and when you insist on being refunded the way you paid they tell you it takes 14 days to process the refund and that’s not the issuance of the refund so it can take up to 3 weeks to get a...read full review
I get their signature latte and the bacon snacks every time. Each time the bacon gets less and less. I just picked up and there are 3 pieces. I said “wow why do I get less bacon every time?” They walked away. Guess I will too!
So freaking slow!!! Waited in the drive thru for 40 mins. Absolutely ridiculous. Learn how to take orders until you can’t anymore then start collecting the money in the drive thru.
