“There is no fresh tea. I did enjoy my food. The counter dirty. After eating a returned to the counter and there was still no first tea made and it was still in a deplorable situation.
Two employees did come and get free food but they had parked like they own the joint 1 person we work at McDonald's to get free food.“

“It was pretty busy here today, but the line was moving really fast. The ladies at both of the windows were very polite! I got my food within probably 2 minutes of ordering & I could tell they just made it. Great service overall, I can imagine it can be difficult & stressful at times working drive thru, so I hope they know they’re doing a great job!“

But it was all still good. The McDouble was fire for sure.
When it comes to the service - it was good. Polite and accurate. Went at a normal speed. I didn't time it but I would estimate it took 7 min or better, which isn't bad for 6 McChickens, 1 McDouble, 1 Quarter Pounder & 3 LG Fry.

“This McDonald's is awesome! This is my neighborhood McDonald's and I've gotten to know every one of the managers here and what I can say is that it is being managed excellently. One of the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been through and one of the fastest drive-thrus. The other day I got takeout and after a 15 minute walk home I still had to hassisfossafuss my burger because it was so hot. The general manager's name is Sandy and she's doing a great job.“

“Google keeps harassing me to review McDonald's so here goes. It's McDonald's. I think I got a large coffee black. It was good enough to drink, ready quickly, and inexpensive. I gave the food, service, and atmosphere all three stars. Because that's what McDonald's is. Good enough when you're in a hurry and or don't want to spend a lot of money. Overall I gave it 5 stars because a 3 star experience is what I expect from McDonald's and that's what I got.“
“FINALLY! The North Grand location is serving it's community with the highest regard to service and quality! Not for the reasons you may think though! The atmosphere is amazing because the building has been demolished. The terribly entitled and overpaid "employees" can't treat you bad or threaten you here because here is an empty lot now. THIS is how all bad restaurants should do it, it took awhile but corporate hit this nail right on the head. Can't say the town is worse off without this location. In my experience, great food and service at all other local locations.“

Despite them staying the course with consistency in meal options, and oft times introducing new menu items; they are vanishing. No longer are they the world’s largest food chain. Competition has been their biggest foe.“
“They were testing the fire alarms but the staff didn't bother telling patrons that it was a test until after it was going off for a while. My granddaughters were terrified and were not able to eat the rest of their meal. They were traumatized by it. PLUS they didn't have sweet tea.“
