McDonald's in Springfield

“They were testing the fire alarms but the staff didn't bother telling patrons that it was a test until after it was going off for a while. My granddaughters were terrified and were not able to eat the rest of their meal. They were traumatized by it. PLUS they didn't have sweet tea.“

“got fries which were ice cold. had to go in and get hot ones. 3 others were waiting as well for hot fries they were exchanging the fries they got for, like i was. manager didn't try to give a hard time about it. the drive thru was very busy at an unusual time of day as well. but mcdonalds fries are awful cold so couldnt avoidto have to go in for hot ones.“

“It's the silly little things that mean a lot - I reluctantly ordered a small frappe at the drive thru with several cars in front of me. I was expecting that I'd pick up the drink only to find the whipped cream melted by the time I got to the pick up window. Not a big deal but a frappe' isn't a frappe' without whipped cream, right? What a pleasant surprise it was to find that a young lady was just putting the drink together and snapping a lid on the cup as I pulled up to the pick up window. Not sure if that was standard business practice or just my luck that night but I'm sure I'll be back to this location again. Lots of parking too if you want to sit and enjoy a relaxing minute or two with trash containers all throughout the lot.“

“It was pretty busy here today, but the line was moving really fast. The ladies at both of the windows were very polite! I got my food within probably 2 minutes of ordering & I could tell they just made it. Great service overall, I can imagine it can be difficult & stressful at times working drive thru, so I hope they know they’re doing a great job!“

“These people need to use more mayo. I ordered McChickens, a few without lettuce that almost looked as if mayo was on it, but taken off. BC the only mayo that was on said chickens soaked into the bun and seemed residual like...
But it was all still good. The McDouble was fire for sure.
When it comes to the service - it was good. Polite and accurate. Went at a normal speed. I didn't time it but I would estimate it took 7 min or better, which isn't bad for 6 McChickens, 1 McDouble, 1 Quarter Pounder & 3 LG Fry.

“FINALLY! The North Grand location is serving it's community with the highest regard to service and quality! Not for the reasons you may think though! The atmosphere is amazing because the building has been demolished. The terribly entitled and overpaid "employees" can't treat you bad or threaten you here because here is an empty lot now. THIS is how all bad restaurants should do it, it took awhile but corporate hit this nail right on the head. Can't say the town is worse off without this location. In my experience, great food and service at all other local locations.“

“MONA was the most pleasant worker i’ve ever met at this location. she had the hugest smile and best customer service ever. i don’t usually review places or am left completely besides myself with joy to come across another. but she left a smile on my face the entire time home! dear universe, please hire more monas. if you read this mona, you gave me hope in the human race again. continue to light others the way you did mine!“

“This is the only McDonald's in town that I've tried that was all hot, fresh off the grill, fries straight from the frier, and my Frappe was delicious, everything was in the bag as ordered, and they were didn't take as long as I would've thought considering they were also pumping out food to the long drive thru line outside and the employees were nice, communicative about the status of our order, and they were also friendly with each other which isn't the case at all of them by the signs I've seen at the other locations in the drive thru window about training on professionalism and being nice, as well as the foul language I've heard being yelled between employees through the drive thru windows. (I go to McDonald's fairly often where ever I end up while getting familiar with town, and this one is by far the best).“

“Google keeps harassing me to review McDonald's so here goes. It's McDonald's. I think I got a large coffee black. It was good enough to drink, ready quickly, and inexpensive. I gave the food, service, and atmosphere all three stars. Because that's what McDonald's is. Good enough when you're in a hurry and or don't want to spend a lot of money. Overall I gave it 5 stars because a 3 star experience is what I expect from McDonald's and that's what I got.“

“This McDonald's is awesome! This is my neighborhood McDonald's and I've gotten to know every one of the managers here and what I can say is that it is being managed excellently. One of the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been through and one of the fastest drive-thrus. The other day I got takeout and after a 15 minute walk home I still had to hassisfossafuss my burger because it was so hot. The general manager's name is Sandy and she's doing a great job.“

“I seldom eat fast food and even less McDonalds yet i must say the employees were friendly, professional and timely in their food delivery. The food was fresh and hot. I was more than pleasantly surprised. I even went so far as to mention this to others today and even the S Grand location.“
