“I did a mobile order (& paid in-app) & as I was going through the drive thru to pick it out, a circuit blew. All their screens and half the machines stopped working. I couldn't cancel my order and order at a new place. I went inside and immediately Brian figured out what I ordered and got it for me, free of cost. Amazing service & handling in an unexpected electrical mishap situation.“

“It was pretty busy here today, but the line was moving really fast. The ladies at both of the windows were very polite! I got my food within probably 2 minutes of ordering & I could tell they just made it. Great service overall, I can imagine it can be difficult & stressful at times working drive thru, so I hope they know they’re doing a great job!“

Got a large fry didnt check it until I left it was half full I was a little depressed not mad I turned around brought it up got it fixed fast I asked if they wanted the fries I already had back (I hadn't touched them yet) I got a new large fries (fresh) they probably just ran out so it turned into a happy mistake thank you crew members 🫡“

“This McDonald's is awesome! This is my neighborhood McDonald's and I've gotten to know every one of the managers here and what I can say is that it is being managed excellently. One of the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been through and one of the fastest drive-thrus. The other day I got takeout and after a 15 minute walk home I still had to hassisfossafuss my burger because it was so hot. The general manager's name is Sandy and she's doing a great job.“
“Google keeps harassing me to review McDonald's so here goes. It's McDonald's. I think I got a large coffee black. It was good enough to drink, ready quickly, and inexpensive. I gave the food, service, and atmosphere all three stars. Because that's what McDonald's is. Good enough when you're in a hurry and or don't want to spend a lot of money. “This Clear lake location is the only one I will go to in Springfield. The staff have always been friendly and the food is pretty consistently fresh. My favorite is the sweet tea, made just right. I will also go out of my way to go to the Taylorville McDonald's!
As far as the other Springfield and Chatham locations, the employees need a lesson on work ethic and food service. The food is cold and fries cold and are always warmed over. And they are RUDE!
That's the result of pure laziness.
The Archer Elevator location....awful. THE STAFF IS RUDE!
I even refuse to go the the Chatham location!
It's pretty bad when the majority of the McDonald's here have such bad service.
