McDonald's in Florissant

“Used drive through. Got to the window to pay and employee was looking at her phone. Sat there a bit and she didn't acknowledge us. Car in front of us moved so we pulled up to pickup window. Young man at pickup window very nice though he said the person at the pay window said we should have paid her. We paid at pickup and got our food. If you want people to pay at the first window tell the employee to stay off her phone and not ignore the customer.“

“Jaden who was working today on 4/6 was very helpful and patient with changes we had to make to the order for some fussy kids. He was quick and kids were SO happy!

The play place here is a banger. There’s a lower level for little ones under three and the upper area keeps the older ones actively entertained.

Food was SO fresh and hot. I can tell they stay busy, but quality is there.“

“Service was slow, but these days waiting 25 minutes like we did seems to be normal for most places. The counter staff woman/girl was extra helpful and came out to the dining area to check on us while we waited. The floor has such a grease film, it could be very dangerous for anyone wearing hard sole shoes. Four stars were mostly because of the food quality and the counter staff's good attitude.“

“burger came out charred on one side and not cooked at all on the other. I ordered nothing but except extra onions. I got no onions. The burger was obviously microwaved because the cheese was so melted, it was all over the wrapper.
This was one of the worst double cheeseburger I've gotten from McDonald's in 50 years...“
