“You really need the secret shop all I mean all of your McDonald's everywhere customer service is terrible food is not fixed like it should be and I'm speaking on it all your McDonald's we need to take more concerned and love in what we do and how we serve people honestly this world is going backwards instead of the forwards please do some secret shopping service on your workers please“
“Service was slow, but these days waiting 25 minutes like we did seems to be normal for most places. The counter staff woman/girl was extra helpful and came out to the dining area to check on us while we waited. The floor has such a grease film, it could be very dangerous for anyone wearing hard sole shoes. Four stars were mostly because of the food quality and the counter staff's good attitude.“
“One of my preferred McDonald's to go to. The team is usually very friendly. Orders are almost always accurate. Food is hot, and they manage well with a busy drive thru.
They serve breakfast until 11 on the weekends too which is amazing.“
“Used drive through. Got to the window to pay and employee was looking at her phone. Sat there a bit and she didn't acknowledge us. Car in front of us moved so we pulled up to pickup window. Young man at pickup window very nice though he said the person at the pay window said we should have paid her. We paid at pickup and got our food. If you want people to pay at the first window tell the employee to stay off her phone and not ignore the customer.“
