Celebrated my birthday with family here today. Everyone took such good care of us. The service was excellent! Our chef was awesome! Food was great! I even got a special treat for my birthday! We will definitely be back! Thank you Osaka!!!
We visit here for every holiday special event and birthdays. We had a party of 10 Thursday night for my daughter’s birthday and it was horrible. My significant other had water poured down his back from server spilling the whole tray of drinks then later in the evening I had soup and salad from the same server spilled over my leg and new shoes. I have been here a few times before and we liked it. Today I took my family to have dinner. There was only one server serving about 6 hibachi tables. He came in late to take the order. Had to remind 3 times for soup, rice which came in at the last when we were almost done with dinner and all cold. Bad communication among themselves. The server forgot all about us. Had to remind for the check as well. We went in for kids to experience Hibachi but the food did not taste good either....read full review
