What a great place to eat good food clean and very helpful staff I will be back
Food was good but not what we ordered. New drive thru kid couldn’t find the info the guy helping him had to tell him everything. Got food and went home 15 min away. Receipt was correct but had two onion rings instead of fries. My kid doesn’t eat onions or rings. Ordered a PLAIN bacon cheeseburger got one with mayo, lettuce and tomato. Got home and called them. I stopped at this portillos off the expressway on our way home from a road trip. All of the floors (restaurant and bathroom) were very clean. The employees were all pleasant and positive. They still call the numbers with the rhymes at this location. Tim. The manager was great too. He helped the staff in many areas and also retrieved my forgotten handbag when I left without it and called ten minutes later.
