“We visited The Graceful Ordinary in downtown St. Charles, IL, on a warm late September day. We had a wonderful experience at Graceful Ordinary, one that's hard to match outside of Chicago. From its comfortable yet elegant design to the unique menu, every detail was carefully considered. The food was delicious and thoughtfully presented, and the service was excellent. We were fortunate to visit on a very warm day towards the end of September. We sat on the fully screened-in veranda and enjoyed the scenery in comfort. “This was my second ever visit in three weeks, both because of events at Arcada. My first visit, which was on a Saturday, was great! My friend and I were promptly waited on, the server was informative and attentive and our food came out quickly. My second visit was a little less impressive. The restaurant was quite full and understaffed. We were given water right away, but waited quite awhile until our server returned to get our drink order. Then again to get our food order. Thankfully the food came out quickly, as we were already running late for the start of the show. As the first visit, there are absolutely no complaints about our entrees. The food was very good!! Looking forward to another show and visit to the restaurant to try something new yet again.“

No dry chicken or overcooked steaks for your wedding from Eden, just rave reviews from your guests. The bridal party suite upstairs is very convenient as well. “I've visited here more than a few times and every single thing I've ordered has been truly delicious. The filet steak salad is my newest obsession, the portions are generous, most especially for what they charge. If you're a smoker, the outside bar is ideal because you can smoke to your heart's content while eating and drinking. All the bartenders are AWESOME and the bathrooms are quite nice. “I’ve ate here two times and both times I was greeted kindly and sat down. Within less than 3 minutes my order was ready. The service is exceptional. The food is inexpensive. The owners are extremely polite and care about their customers. Let’s talk about the food. I ordered a Giant Steak burrito dinner with no sour cream both times. It comes with three different sauces you can use when you dine in. The dark red is your very hot sauce, the dark green is a mild hot sauce, and the light green is likely an avocado and sweet sauce. The food is impeccable. For the price you are paying, you get chips and salsa for free while you eat in. The salsa is a soupy texture and has onions and cilantro and is absolutely delicious. This is the best authentic Mexican restaurant in St. Charles, and I’ll be going her more often. Thanks for being such a good vibe ☀️“
