“Great food-great service-great prices-BUT: They don’t take credit cards AND the ATM is a foreign ATM which will cost you DOUBLE what the ATM tells you-$2.25 for THEIR machine AND another $2.50 for your own bank. Yes, they only cash (or local personal checks), but there’s an itty bitty sign in the register you’ll miss and they don’t tell you up front, so go prepared with cash from your own bank. I’d give 5 stars if there was an appropriately placed notice or the help earned you AND on their social media page. In my business we tell our customers up front what the terms are. The wait staff received a 15% tip but it’d have been 20% if we hadn’t had to pay another 4.75% of the tab to a bank and an ATM provider.”

“This is my favorites bar in the area. Relaxed atmosphere, quieter setting, and a great selection of craft beers with an option for cocktails if you are into that sorta thing. No blasting music or sports, just laid-back conversation with some booze mixed in. The first bar to go to if you are visiting from out of town. This is a bar only, so there is no food, but they keep menus of local restaurants handy so you can order something quickly.”

“IT’S WIIIIIIIILD to me that EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I come in… Which is MULTIPLE times a week… That I LITERALLY will stand in front of the register for 2-4 minutes (think about how long that actually is)… Where NO ONE looks at me or greets me. I don’t care that I wait for service. NOT an issue. This place is busy BECAUSE the products are so good. But the fact that a customer could enter your store and NOT be greeted is absolutely INSANE to me. The service in Rock Falls is SO. MUCH. BETTER. It’s taken me like 8+ trips before I finally made this post. Someone should really train these baristas how to represent your business. It makes me not even want to come here, when this is EASILY the best place in town. 😤😤😤”

“Dairy Mart provided such a great, friendly experience for us and hundreds of our guests and we are SO grateful. They accommodated us last minute, we’re so kind, the food was great and they did a great job keeping up with up the demand of all of us. We will absolutely have them back for years to come.”

“We utilized their upstairs area for a small 15 person baby shower and it was absolutely perfect!! The waitress and staff were so helpful in letting us set up early. Being so attentive during by filling drinks, providing large bowl of chips and salsa for self serve for each guest and the food was amazing! I highly recommend and we will definitely be back. Thank you for helping make it all special and seamless!”

“This is a great bar. Lots of pool tables, friendly bartenders and a lot of space. If you're looking for a nice clean place to hang out, stop by. I can't speak on the food as I didn't eat, but the menu looks good.”

“Last week I got charged 75 cents to add onion & pickle to my sandwich at Culver's. I just stopped at DQ. I asked if they charged for onion & pickle. I was told no. I asked for BBQ for my sandwich. After I paid I looked at the receipt. 90 cents for BBQ. Also, I got home & my sandwich had tartar sauce, which I asked to leave off. when a customer specifically asks about what is charged for, not saying is the same as lying! deceptive business practice.”

“First time we went to Champs i ordered the Hole In One (chicken cordon bleu on texas toast) and I was hooked. Everytime we went back i ordered the same thing and it was great every time. Last night I decided to try something new. I got the boneless wings with the dill pickle rub. AMAZING!! I think i found a new favorite. Our young lady that served us was exceptional. I have to say, we have NEVER had bad food or service there. Keep up the great work Champs!!”

You get to watch them cook your food which is cool. The customer service is excellent. I haven't had their lunch but their breakfast is really good. Wish they had a TV so I could catch up on the news without staring at my phone though lol. Give this place a chance like I did and you might just find your new favorite spot for breakfast”

“Normally this is great food. Today, not so much. We ordered 3 Nachos Meals and the chips were stale and couldn’t eat them. So skimpy on the meat also. We order from here a lot, however, it was very disappointing today.”

“K's Korners is one of the best bars in the area. Always a friendly face and one of the coldest beers around. Their slots are hot and the Queen of Hearts drawing on Tuesday night is so much fun. Stop in and see for yourself.”

Most places when you go out to dinner what do you do, you eat and you leave.

But not at Johnny's stay and watch all the games and enjoy the atmosphere, play a game of pool, throw a game of darts. You may even like to get up and dance while listening to the music.
It is also a great place to plan your parties.
And It is wheelchair accessible

So try the other restaurants but for me it's Johnny's”

“The food was so cold,barley look warm. And from what I did have, it was soggy . The place wasn’t busy so I guess they were not switching out the buffet pans. I didn’t eat but 3 bites, and left after 5 min. Plates still full, and obviously not touched, waitress new something was wrong, she said let me get the owner, I spoke to the owner quietly and discreetly with respect, cause I didn’t want to cause a scene, He was immediately rude and Defensive, He thought it was still fair to charge me $35 . Even after seeing we didn’t eat. I did say I didn’t think that was fair but ok, he said “you have to pay, but I’ll give you a credit” after I paid he handed me a gift card and smiled and said here is $5 for you , you can give it to someone you know” wooooow that was slick! I Won’t be back. And don’t live in the area , but it was a really bad experience. And I said I’ll definitely be leaving a review. He could of done the right thing but he chose not too. What a dump”

“I always place my food orders online and have never had any issues. The food is always amazing and the customer service is even better! I look forward to going in and being kindly greeted by the woman at the register. Always pleased.”
