I was soooo disappointed today! This was one of my favorite go-tos, but won’t be ordering from here again(Western location) until they fix some issues. I ordered two meals and was charged full deluxe price, but my order came with only sandwiches, no sides, no soup. When I called, I was treated so rudely, no apologies, and told it’s not their fault, but something must be messed up on grubhub. Then the woman hung up on me. I just recently started going there since last year. No negative reviews here. Every single experience has been great alongside with the food. When it’s your birthday, the staff sings to you. You pay what you get and it’s worth every penny. Keep up the great work Alexander’s!! As busy as it gets: even when people are standing room only: it goes by quickly and the staff greets you with their kindness and smiles.
