“Charleys Cheesesteaks & Wings is a great spot for a quick and delicious meal. Their cheesesteaks are packed with flavorful, grilled steak, melted cheese, and fresh toppings on a toasted roll. The wings are also a highlight, with plenty of sauces and seasonings to choose from. The portions are satisfying, and the food is best enjoyed fresh and hot. Overall, Charleys offers tasty food, good variety, and a convenient dining experience. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys cheesesteaks, wings, and fries!“

“The food is delicious here! The only thing is that the prices are high. It cost me $50 for myself and 2 kids to eat here. It also looks like this place is located in a gas station due to its location but would highly recommend visiting here!“

“The food there is delicious, fresh and well worth the money. I had ordered 5 meals from their and the price really was a wonderful surprise. It was a lot cheaper than I thought it was going to be. The staff there was very professional and the wait for my food was very fast and accurate. Great food, wonderful employees. I will definitely be eating there again real soon. “I couldn’t find any other place with lamb chops like they cook them here. They’re so juicy and buttery good. I def recommend the food and the portions are up to par with price. I love the staff here they’re all so friendly, my waitress here was Jess, she’s such a friendly young lady. She’s attentive and she brought the food hot and ready, our drinks were amazing too! I love the customer service here. Over all good restaurant and staff. 10/10 would recommend. I can’t wait to bring my family again“

“I really enjoy the classic philly cheesesteak. Skylar was really nice and asked me whether I wanted a medium or large combo which I appreciated- go big or go home haha. I really enjoy the freshness and the melt in your mouth cheesesteak. It always hits the spot. Can't wait to come back.“

“To the one stupid person who left a 1 star review expressing their own stupidity and inability to do their own research. This is a “ghost” restaurant. This means they don’t have their own restaurant instead they partnered with IHOP to make their orders. It’s like 2 restaurants in one. IHOP cooks make their cheesesteaks. It’s all clean and professional. This allows small businesses to test a concept or start a restaurant on a small scale via door dash or Uber eats. You can also pickup the food at IHOP as they make it there.“

“The customer service left much to be desired. While ordering I almost drove away because the person taking my order was rude. Any question I asked was responded to with attitude and like I was inconvenient for asking.

I’d never been before so I wanted to try a bit of everything. The cheesesteak was delicious. I got the original, knowing that if there was going to be a “best” option, this was it. It didn’t disappoint. It was well cooked, bread wasn’t too soggy, it was cut down the middle for convenience. Perfect amount of cheese, meat, and onions. I also got boneless wings with teriyaki sauce. The wings were a slightly overcooked and hard to bite into and the sauce was way too salty for me (almost like it was too much soy sauce). I got an order of the loaded fries which were messy and delicious.“

“I tried Charleys Philly Steaks for a second time. First time I had their wings. Today, I decided to try their Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. Normally I give a review on the food. Today, I want to highlight an example of Customer Service at its best. As I was waking to my table, I tripped and my food ended up on the floor. Initially, I was hesitant to ask for a replacement. I went ahead and did it anyways. The worker that took my initial order listened to my misfortune and, without hesitation, took care of me. No fuss, no negative expression, no additional explanation. He just took care of it. He provided a fresh sandwich and fresh fries. Mind you, he was already attentive and had a positive attitude with customers before me. Oh and my initial order was ready within 5 minutes. The staff is fast. Some can say or argue that the customer is always right but I do feel that a customer is right within reason. Charleys is inside the mall within the food court. The food court is well maintained and clean. If you happen to be shopping and consider a bite to eat, check out Charleys.“
