“I love this place. Giordanos in Sycamore has great food and the owners there treat me like family. I suppose it's because it feels like I'm there daily and they know me so well. Isn't it supposed to be that way? Not a lot of places are like that anymore. I've been eating there for years and will continue to do so. Bring back the chicken club!! Best sandwich ever!! “I cannot say enough for the owner he is a hard working owner/father and husband to his children and wife, when not everyone shows up for their shift he is there to do the job, missing many functions with his family, as I see them at school functions. One would say that's owning a business, it's not just a business it's passion for his work, loyalty to his customers and his family. “Great pizza and very unique I must admit but overpriced let alone for Dekalb. Two veggie toppings X-large and $40 is pretty pricey especially for not being in a major city. It's good though just need to be a bit more practical pricing wise. But as owner replied life is expensive so support local they are worth it! Ambience is warm and cozy too and very family friendly.“

“First restaurant I ever tried prime rib over twenty years ago as a child. Made a special visit here to reminisce a bit and things are still nearly identical to how i remembered - in a good way. The full cut of prime rib is a fantastic value with a soup, salad, and side that come alongside with the listed price.Some things are better left to a trusted process and Sorrento's is an example of this. I hope business continues to flourish decade after decade!“

Of course, everyone's tastes are different, but imo this is the best pizza we've had in Genoa for many, many years...and I'm a guy who could eat pizza every day. “I am honestly one of “those people” who had to google how to make a google review just so I could give a “5 Star” review to this quaint restaurant in Sycamore, IL. We stayed at the Best Western and first chose the restaurant, out of convenience, because it is right next door. Then when we opened the door, to Maria’s, it was no longer about convenience! From the music of Zachary to the welcome of our server Nicole, we were confident that the food would be amazing…and it was! It’s a simple menu that offers Italian deliciousness beyond simplicity! The favorite so far is the Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp. We are now planning a second dinner, to sample the rest of the menu, that will include dessert!“
