Great food and drinks good service
Kudos to JW HOLSTEINS for being open during the power outage and flood of July 3rd ‘26! When every other bar on Oak Park Avenue had closed, the enduring staff @ Holstein’s served the local populace in the dark and sans lighting!
And what a fantastic experience! No lights, no phones, just people…actually talking and drinking together!
Thank you Holstein’s staff for being real troopers as we celebrated America’s 250th!
I salute you!
Cool bar with a nice patio. Younger crowd on the weekends but they do have bands and free pizza on Fridays. Only downside is the cover charge
