The Primal Cut is a highly recommended steakhouse, known for its delicious and expertly seasoned steaks. The restaurant offers a good selection of dishes, including shareable and hot sides to complement the entrees. Daily specials are available, and each dish comes with a choice of potato and soup or salad. The service is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. Visitors often praise the fast service, with bread and water on the table within minutes, and drinks and appetizers arriving quickly. Entrees are served hot and cooked to perfection, with standout dishes like the Australian Wagyu NY Strip and the Surf and Turf Tuesday special, which is a fantastic deal with plenty of food. The desserts, especially the carrot cake, are highly enjoyed, often enough to share and take some home. The restaurant maintains an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, although prices are on the higher side with an automatic 18% gratuity. While some guests mention that the ribeye can be thick and lean, and the prime rib may have more fat than expected, the restaurant continues to be a favorite for many diners seeking a premium steakhouse experience.
