“I had a long day today and busy so I was exhausted I placed my order ovet the phone this evening and the young lady was very nice and do when I went inside to pick up the same young lady gave me my order and was very friendly and nice her customer service was great and appreciated got home food was just as awesome. although the young lady is just doing her job kindness goes a long way and u never know what someone is going through i just wanted to recognize her for helping me have a better evening“

“The food here is always amazing, but the staff deserves a shout out too. Tonight was another great experience: delicious food and friendly staff. In this day and age, most employees treat customers like an inconvenience. That was absolutely not the case here.“

“Top notch service stands out in this Champaign establishment. We had drinks minutes after we were seated, orders were taken shortly after and the food was brought out in record time which, for BBQ, makes sense. They were also quick to refill all drinks without being asked to. The food was excellent, slow cooked brisket and pork and their selection of sauces was extensive. Ethos restaurant was a recommendation from a friend and I can see why. If we lived in the area, I could see coming here regularly.“

“I had the bolgogi dinner plate for lunch today. Was the first customer through the door. The staff was attentive and gave out suggestions on what to get off the menu. The free side dishes are awesome and they make their kimchi in house. The cucumbers are definitely packed with a sweet and spicy kimchi. The bolgoi was very flavorful and was a huge portion size(shareable). Only thing I wish is if they had a lettuce wrap for it. All in all it is a great time and would highly recommend.“

“delicious and hearty and inexpensive. the fried pork tenderloin was more batter than meat but it was still tasty lol. looooved the cucumber salad and most of the dishes we got for the lunchbox. the eggplant with minced pork was a bit more bland than i expected but still pretty excellent.“

“I've been to several smokehouse around Illinois. I've always said none of them compare to southern style smokehouse throughout Oklahoma and Texas as well as a few other states... today I was proven wrong. Those Ranch beans are absolutely delicious.... the chili with brisket is amazing.... the cornbread? the best...you have to try this place!“

“I went there for lunch today and thoroughly enjoyed my pulled pork sandwich! Mama will take care of you here! The food was excellent! I usually don’t eat coleslaw, but this slaw wasn’t bad at all! I will definitely be going back to try more! I was too full to possibly eat another bite!😅“
