Dutch Bros Coffee in Urbana is a new and favorite place to grab a drink, off to an incredible start. The staff is wonderful, super friendly, caring, genuinely excited to be there, and sets this location apart. They are incredibly friendly broistas who take pride in what they do, always taking the time to be kind, patient, and welcoming. The team moves efficiently, handling the constant rush and long line with reasonable wait times and smooth service even during peak times. The drinks are consistently fantastic, high quality, and made perfectly with great flavor and attention to detail. Specific drinks mentioned include the golden eagle iced coffee, white hot chocolate, white chocolate mocha, and the 9-1-1 for a mid-day boost. The menu is very customizable with lots of sugar-free or low calorie options, which are tremendously better than other chains. It is all outside seating. The service is great and overall good, worth the wait and worth the hype. It is the real deal from the best coast, absolutely worth it, and you need to read the menu in advance.
